I've been using this app for years and find that it runs with perfection. In all these years, I just had to contact customer support for the first time when a theme update wiped out critical code. The customer service representative, Dalia, was amazing! Dalia is a wizard who was meticulous in troubleshooting and communication was outstanding. All of my anxiety was fully eased thanks to Dalia's expert handling and care.

Super service! :) They are fast to respond and are very polite. I have used them many times and always happy to recommend their service.

Their customer service is excellent, they sort any problems in a flash. I also like how it integrates with other apps like Klaviyo.

Almost ready to go live with ReCharge Subscriptions, the app is easy to use and looks professional. We've had a couple of small conflicts with our theme that the ReCharge team are resolving for us as we speak. The customer support from both Alona and Jamison has been nothing short of fantastic, I would highly recommend ReCharge to anyone looking to add recurring payments to their Shopify store. 5/5. Endless problems the past 4 years. Zero customer support. Default response to any issue is "user error". We've lost tens of thousands of dollars due to issues with this software.

Did not work for us, as we are based in India and subscription payment works only with SHOPIFY PAYMENT, but SHOPIFY PAYMENTS are not available in India.

App is easy to use and their customer service is very responsive to any questions and requests I have.

Jessie M has been an amazing help with some of our questions regarding bulk updates for our subscription items. Overall, the app is easy to use and we have nothing but good things to say about the service we got from Jessie recently - would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with this app currently. The customer support team is impossible to get ahold of and there currently is an error with a recharge workflow we have created (that was set up correctly and verified by their support team) but it is flawed and firing orders off at the wrong date.

Our subscripton model is a big part of our DTC business and I'm so glad we decided to go with ReCharge. The support team is awesome. Really responsive and fast, and nothing is ever too much for them. I've been dealing with Snezana A to resolve a query and she was A-MAZING! If you're on the fence about using these guys, I would wholeheartedly recommend you to go for it.

ReCharge's workflows are incredibly robust -- but VERY sensitive. I was going insane trying to figure it out myself, but Dalia from live chat spent 1.5 hours with me sorting it all out. She was AMAZING. Not a single detail was missed. EVERY STONE WAS TURNED. So polite. So helpful. And yes... we FINALLY cracked the code (thanks to her). If you don't have the chat functionality of ReCharge... it's worth every penny.

These are definitely the best option if you are looking to offer subscriptions on your site. They offer a lot of different features out of the box and everything works well with Shopify. We have been using them for the last 7 months, and in that time the support has got immeasurably better. Would highly recommend
