ReBuy has been amazing. We are using their Reactivate Campaigns to win back previously churned Recharge Subs, Checkout Upsells, and GWP features. Checkout upsells in both the Recharge and Shopify Checkout flows have improved our AOV. The team is very responsive when it comes to ad hoc support.

I love the way the app integrates seamlessly with our store. And the Replenish email option is an excellent feature for us. Had a few teething issues during set up but they were sorted out straight away by the great customer service! In addition, Flynn did an excellent job helping to style our Smart cart.

In our top 3 apps for Shopify success! Fantastic product, huge functionality, and the team gave us 1-2-1 time to implement! Must have on Shopify! Strauss was awesome so thank you guys

Rebuy has had a greater impact on our AOV than any other solution (hard-coded or app) that we've ever used! The support is world-class, and always solution-oriented. John, James, Dylan, Strauss, and Myles have all been available, supportive, and go above and beyond to not only improve the platform but to solve specific situations that we have come across. I cannot recommend Rebuy enough!

Amazing customer support including live support! I was able to get online with Strauss and quickly answer my questions and fix problems. Phenominal cart integration seamlessly integrating with Shopify and Recharge exceeding both of them in functionality.

So much functionality built into this app! I was surprised to see all the different ways we can integrate cross-sells on our site www.felonycase.com. Check it out, we're using a pop-up to cross-sell an additional case, a cross-sell built right into the product detail pages, and a special cart pop out to add a screen protector and camera protector. It's already way better than the old cross-sell / up-sell app I used to use. Special thanks to Strauss for taking the time to ensure everything was set up and running flawlessly. Thanks.

App experience has been good. We've replaced two other apps with it while gaining additionaly functionality. Customer support has been particularly great, with quick responses to chat and the ability to schedule calls. Very helpful.

The product is not incredibly well thought out I can hardly believe it. We have used TONS of different shopify apps and this one gets the job done! What's better than the app? The team! Super helpful, responsive and they really do care that things go well for you. 50 Stars for these guys!

We've been using ReBuy for about six months and I have to say their customer support is unmatched. We mainly use ReBuy for their Free Gift With Purchase functionality, which allows you to automatically add free gifts to a customer's cart (vs. needing the customer to add it manually). Last week I noticed that my FGWP widget was missing a specific functionality that was needed for our new promotion, so I slacked their dev team (yes, you have direct access to their team via Slack!), and spoke with Jordan about my issue. He got to work and released an update the SAME day that allowed our promotion to work as intended. Thank you Jordan and team!

Rebuy is better than advertised. It's more than Shopify App - we work with their team constantly on customizing their features for our store. In this past month, they've also developed a brand new feature (subscription upgrade in cart) after we've expressed interest in this tactic. Dylan G. has been a phenomenal partner in making sure that we've onboarded smoothly and that we maximize our potential on their platform.

We've had increased sales by using Rebuy and their customer service is always quick to answer. They tend to already have plenty of help docs to help walk you through things, but are ready to help with whatever if they don't. We're still working our way through trying out all the features, but so far so good!
