This app is incredible! They make it SO easy to sell swag on your store. I wish I had this a long time ago. And they keep updating it and sending me emails with great ideas. GET THIS APP!

From our own experience, we can say that Printful is a great complement for our business. Not only because of their quality printing and fulfillment services, but also for their incredibly supportive and responsive customer service. In a time where the way you do business online is evolving rapidly and constantly improving you need to make sure that your business is engaged with the right suppliers/partners. The API integration with this app and our website was easy, no special tech needed. It has improved the way our store runs and it gives us the time we need to focus on product developing, customers and marketing.

Great idea, bad implementation. The good reviews on here are from people who have never seen the finished product or are ignorant to printing. 50/50 on customer service and the print quality is horrible. For the price you would hope for high quality. Unfortunately to save a couple bucks their printer is set to use minimal ink and it shows on the final product. If you don't care about quality and are not looking for much profit this is a great resource for you. If you want quality, strike a deal with a local screen printer, the smaller shops are always willing to bargain and you will pay a 1/5 of what these guys charge. That adds up quick, after selling 5 shirts through Printful and turning a meager 20 to 30% profit you could have bought locally and made an 80% profit margin and paid 1/2 for shipping. Shipping is $5 for a shirt! I pay $2.50 myself and they have bulk discounts!! The little profit you get is still getting whittled down. I hope someone else does this right, I could really use the service!

Printful is a great company to work with They currently do most of my fulfilment for me and their service is always on point. They're helpful when you reach them, their chat is a great option when you're in a pinch, and I've found that any time I'm in a tough spot with a customer they've stepped up to be helpful and done the right thing to make what could have been a bad customer experience a good one. They seem to understand that their support of me is what makes my support possible for my customers and that's the biggest thing for a company like them. Seamless, extremely easy to use. High shipping prices, but that's a small price to pay for not having to carry inventory when starting your business.

We have been using Printful since the launch of our first online shop and plan on continuing to grow using this app! Fantastic products and exceptional customer support! A++++

PROS: Awesome Concept, Awesome App, Awesome Support, Awesome Integration CONS: Prices are two high to make any real profit so it's a great way to get your brand out there and generate a following and not make any money. Then once you a following stop using them and do everything in house or use a different print company. It's also very hard to setup I had 3 people working on loading 50 designs over the course 2 or 3 months each working 30 hours a week and we finally just got the site going. It works great once you get it setup but there is a lot of prep work you have to do to make it happen. SUGGESTIONS: I don't know if this possible but if there is anyway you can get the costs down on your products that would be great otherwise your force us to sell T-Shirt for $30 to $35 and lets be honest no one is spending that on t-shirts with all the other t-shirt sites out there selling shirts for $10 to $20 a shirt. The canvas prints we can say is "Art" so we can jack the price up because it's an art print but the bread and butter money comes from t-shirts and posters and if there is no more profit in these things where we can reduce prices. We could never count on this as our main source of business. This is just a nice "extra pocket change" type of businesses. If we could get retail prices down to $19 a shirt with shipping included in that price and get the costs down to $13 with shipping included it would be worth it. The problem is by the time you add shipping your costs are around $20 to $22 depending on sizes so in order to make any money you have to sell them at $30 which is a hard sell. Especially if you want to run promos like free shipping on everything over $75. So I would recommend getting the prices down for re-sellers because your prices are like retail prices not wholesale. Also.. yeah it would be cool if it was a little easier to setup but we can deal with that at least.. but the prices are a killer.. I would think they are going to shoot themselves in the foot because all your doing is giving us a platform to get our brand out and the first chance our brand takes off we are looking for ways to reduce the cost and the first way to do that is to stop using printful. So I would think they would want to keep our business and the way they do that is lower their prices otherwise I'm just going to use them for a year, get my business going and say good bye to them and do everything either in house or with another company. VERDICT: I recommend them still even after my little rant about prices, you can't beat an automated business for $30 a month. Once the designs are done and you recovered your cost there it's pure profit it's just disappointing that there is not more of it because the margins are so slim so we really need to do volume. Which is hard when your selling shirts at $30 a pop. All that said though.. great company.. great people ... quality products.

I can only say nice things about Printful - the integration is solid and my customers are happy with the products! There's really no business quite like an automated one :)

Not too easy to setup but once it's rolling it's rolling.

This may be a great app and service but it is not easy to get started and to get Smartify and Printful working together. The video says it is easy, but it has not worked for me and i have been trying it for hours.

Great app....We've been using Printful for the past two months and love everything about it. Customer service is great and the back end is simple enough for anyone to use. Thanks for the quality products and seamless integration.

Gamechanger! We used to manually print and fulfill orders ourselves, Shopify+Printful completely automates the process. They're a wonderful team working on an incredibly useful and high-quality service. I can't speak more highly of them!

The pricing of the shirts are a tad bit high and the shipping can take awhile. What's great about this service though is that you don't need to order shirts in bulk.

Great concept, but pricing is extremely high and fulfillment is way too slow (if at all) to be a real player beyond a side show for brands. I would caution anyone to use this as a main source as a business. If you are an existing brand and want to make company shirts (for no profit) or something similar, this may work. Otherwise, just a good concept at the moment with no plans on reducing pricing with increased growth and volume (from their mouth). No Economies of Scale?

I gave this app two months... THE GOOD: The products themselves are indeed well built and customer service was very good. THE BAD: The two hurdles that made this product unfit for my store are the pricing and the configuration. The pricing is incredibly high and put me in a position of either charging such a high price sales suffered greatly or sell product nearly at cost. The configuration is tricky even with a vanilla environment, and positively maddening when using other apps that access product variants like customer pricing. At one point I had nearly 60 skus for one shirt when all variants and custom pricing discount variants were factored in. Arranging the relationship between synched and un-synced items made my head spin and with each and every detail being so important, it was frustrating to work so hard to get it right and still find errors due to the complexity of the process. THE VERDICT: If this print on demand concept were ever made intuitive to install and profitable it would be a Godsend. As it is, it is perhaps only suited for clientele that feel nearly $30 is a fair price for an Anvil shirt. The app is not bad per se, but think carefully if you think it is easy to use or an easy source of revenue.

What a fantastic company. For about a month I have been using Printful for T-Shirt printing and fulfillment, replacing another print on demand company that I had grown very dissatisfied with. I could not have made a better choice. Among the reasons to go with Printful: -They turn out a good product that I am proud to sell. -They have a good selection of products at very competitive prices. -They have impeccable customer support. I have always had my questions answered promptly, and when I had questions that could not be immediately answered, the checked into it and got back to me quickly. -Packaging and shipping uses labels with my logo. - I have always been promptly notified or alerted on any matters that might effect my inventory. -Very easy to integrate and sync with Shopify. I could go on and on.

I had to take a minute and write about my experience with the crew at Printful. They are awesome! I've seen a few look alike companies while doing my research but none have the API, the competitive pricing and the customer service. Those factors are what give me the confidence to offer shirts for my customers, where before last month I wouldn't have thought this to be possible on my budget. I received phone communication and email support so I'm sure they are real people and are there to help. It took me a few minutes to setup my images in photoshop but I was able to figure it out pretty fast and get the images uploaded. This is the cool part, I received a couple of orders on my website within the first 24 hours of posting up my "mock up images." I created the mock up images using my t-shirt graphics and the Free mock up shirt images that I downloaded at printful. I will be adding many designs to my store, it's so nice to receive an order and not have to do anything at all.... The Dang API even fulfilled my order through shopify when the t-shirt was marked for delivery. I couldn't believe it, I thought for sure I'd at least have to manually enter the tracking #'s. Oh yeah, and they offered a Made in the USA Organic T-shirt. That was a must. All in all 10/10

The app integration is great, much better than all of the other apps I tested before opening my store… The variety of products and the turn around time to delivery were the deciding factors for me… Many successful orders and no problems with the process so far… There were a couple of hiccups with sample shirt prints that I received, but the customer support team addressed my concerns quickly and were helpful in figuring out what went wrong. My only suggestion would be a tighter QA process… Since we aren't able to see our products before they go out for order, you guys have to be our eyes on quality for our customers.

Tried shirts.io first and had a series of frustrating experiences with them, then I discovered Printful and switched. Best...decision...ever. It truly is fully automated and once it's set up, I don't have to do anything. This is already saving me tons of time and allowing me to increase the number of products I can offer in my store since I no longer have to purchase inventory up front. My only complaint is no discounts for bulk order of the same style/color/design. But for just-in-time production of single items, this is by far the best solution.

It does what it's supposed to, but I would have preferred a little more integration, so I wasn't having to fill out all of my products in Shopify, and then mapping them all one by one in Printful. Also, required complaint that the paid features aren't also free. But otherwise great.

I have done a lot of research before choosing a t-shirt order fulfillment company and I decided to go with Printful. I am glad I did, they have done an excellent job at fulfilling my orders. I did have a customer receive a t-shirt with a wrong design on it but Printful responded quickly and had the correct shirt sent out that day. The advantage of Printful over other companies is no monthly subscription, best prices, and a variety of products to choose from. If you are sitting on the fence on what company to go with, go with Printful you will not regret it!

Great app. It was super easy to set up and it has automated my whole ordering, fulfillment, and shipping process. The products are great quality and the Printful team is super responsive and friendly. Definitely happy with Printful's performance so far!
