Sunny was such a help! We noticed a glitch that happened after an app upgrade, and he was so kind and made it very easy to get it fixed.

Josh solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer support and app is easy to use as well.

I'm very pleased with this app, it has all the options I need. I particularly like the ability to allow partial payment at time of pre-order and collect the balance when shipped. It was easy to customize the settings to make it visually compatible with my theme. There were a few very minor appearance issues, but I got fantastic and almost immediate support from Amandeep who fixed them right away.

Josh was very helpful with our concerns! Good customer service! We just wish they cater for more themes.

After trying for 2-3 days to fix the error I had regarding the pre-order button not populating I finally reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and fixed the issue day of contacting them! So grateful! Thank you!

We use this app to manage pre-orders and back orders. and it works great. Additionally, on rare occasions when an issue does pop up, their support is excellent. Aman and Nicoz quickly assisted, addressed, and resolved my questions and issues. Thank you Cheers
