Monk is a decent Shopify app to be able to execute upsells and cross-sells. However, it can take several second to load on the page. But, this is my only suggestion for improvement.

So far so good. I had a little bit of an issue configuring it. But the support, (his name was Jay) was fantastic, we jumped on a quick call and fixed the issues within a few minutes.

We're enjoying using it. Definitely helping us increase AOV. Support is fast, very responsive and helpful. Only thing is that it can sometimes be a bit slow to load for our site visitors.

WORKS GREAT, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The App is 2 stars. I followed their video tutorial to set everything up and it did not work. Their customer service is 5 stars....but that doesn't help if I am trying to do things when they are offline and it isn't working.

The support from Faheed, Yogita and Murtuza is always fantastic. They solve my doubts and help me to improve my funnel configuration. They also take my feedback into account and try to improve all the time.
