I thought I found a good email marketing app I like this app but it is too HARD to use. I can't figure out how to send an email to just one subscriber or how to upload my pictures from my store. I watched the Video and it showed something different then what I see in the app when I trying to create a campaign. Thinking about deleting the app from my store.

This app is constantly not working. I've been using this for over a YEAR. The support is not helpful at all if they reply. I literally pay to send emails and half of the time I can't because of how well this company works. FIND ANOTHER APP.

Ran pretty great until they disapproved us for no good reason. Didn't even want to try to work things out. USELESS.

AWESOME I am/was a mailchimp customer and feel I am paying way too much for 30K list. They make it difficult to remove customers and their new pricing charges for unsubscribers as well as non subscribers, what is the point? I found mailerlite and immediately loved the design options and the site was immediately user friendly which I found a problem on mailchimp. There are more size and design options for the popup, very excited about that. I first played around with the design and decided to go ahead and design the popup and welcome email automation. Then decided to go for it! Added my mailchimp list 30k subscribers, added the shopify app. Had an issue with popup showing up but the mailerlite customer service pointed out that I needed to remove the mailchimp popup first. So far I LOVE it. I am very excited to truly get it going. I'll update more later but so far, it was waaaaay easier to set up than mailchimp and I am saving around $100+ a month. pros: save big $$ pros: more design features pros: 24 hour live chat pros: all the same segmentation features pros: can pull 6 month of inactive to clean lists, (mailchimp doesn't offer any easy way to clean list) cons: don't know any as of yet! https://medusasmakeup.com/

I'm unable to install the app. It says "shopify.mailerlite.com refused to connect." If the app is no more supported, then the same should be taken down. Otherwise please let us know how to install the app. If there is any special permission required before installation, etc.

Switched from MailChimp and really happy with everything! The pricing is much better, almost half of what we were paying at MailChimp. It offers us everything we need!

We switched from Mailchimp in August 2017. The HTML editing capabilities weren't as good but the pricing levels and automation available drew us. A year and a half later we are still super happy. It is simplistic in use, the new additions to editing functions and statistics made it even better. I love the click maps, segmentation and with some graphic design skills, you can supercharge your designs for mailers.

This is the worst app. I switched from MailChimp, which I'd used for 2+ years without issue because they stopped supporting Shopify. I spent a week moving my list over, setting up pop-ups, landing pages and syncing it to my site. I sent one email during this time. The whole time (a week) I used it, I was getting a lot of suspicious sign-ups to my list, but MailerLite didn't filter robo-sign-ups like MailChimp, so I enabled double-opt-in and it fixed the issue. I had slowly started to cull the weird signups when my account was terminated for "sending spam." No notice, no way to re-up my account. Waste of money and a waste of time.

Complete scam and waste of time. They never mention upfront how convoluted their policies are. Need approval to send 1000+ emails. Need to inform them where and how you got the emails in your existing database. On top of that, email list import is terribly slow. Even if you end up being approved, be prepared to be blocked that after the you send out of the initial batch of the emails. We paid for a month, used them once to send out emails - they blocked the account because they didn't like the email database (which initially had been approved...). They REFUSED to issue a refund. So far the worst app found in the Shopify app store. Using this app for free might be ok, but don't anticipate any of the promised services to work in the paid plans!

Really cool app, but also fantastic service I am using in all my projects and I have never been disappointed!

Just don't waist your time. Poor product and even worse customer service. If I could give it less then one star I would.

No idea how any of you can rate down this app. I mean, I am in customer service my whole life and having communication with Andrew McGrath from Mailerlite makes clear, that the company puts trust into their people, who help you so perfectly, I can not find words for it. The App is soooo easy, my grandma could use it and the templates for the emails are just insane good. Big big compliment to this company and especially to their good customer service, as a brand is build on people and happy that I can enjoy the result of it. I've been using this app for almost a year now and I'm a happy customer. Their automations work very well. The integration process with squarespace and shopify was very smooth. Their customer service is top notch, very nice people and very fast. I would like to be able to customize lading pages more, but this is not their main feature after all.

I tried to use this app in place of Mailchimp for Shopify, however their automated approval systems did not approve my valid website. As you would expect with Eastern European support, they were no help whatsoever. Avoid wasting your time with this substandard application.

Great interface, but when going to send emails with the paid account they declined the sending and said I need to get them proof of other email campaigns and send 1000 first... nightmare and waste of time well I am trying to send out black friday emails....

This Mailer Lite is very easy to drive with very attractive touch. That give you more open email and opportunity to growth your business. And the staff is great.

Installed easy, straight forward to use, does all I need for now and are other features available I might start using as my store grows. No issues so far, first mail sent without a hitch, and can see how many opened the mail too on free plan.

Mailerlite is an amazing marketing tool, with great newsletter templates and their support team super helpful and friendly.

They said my account isn't approved because their algorithm didn't think it was worthy. I've been using MailChimp for the last four years and the only reason i wanted to switch was because of the high cost. Well, i guess not. I'd rather pay the higher cost and get seamless service rather than get rejected by an algorithm.

Junk waste of time, they denied my account even though ive been open for years and have hundreds of happy customers and never sent spam, I railey even use email marketing.

I've been using Mailerlite for a while on a different business - and when I added it to my Shopify store, I was less than pleased because I had to do everything manually. But they recently gave a huge update to their Shopify integration and boy am I impressed. One of the hardest things before was creating campaigns that use products from my store - I had to manually upload all the photos, connect the links, put in the titles... omg it was exhausting. It would take me almost an hour to create one campaign. But with this new update, they've integrated the product feed right into the email creator thing and what once took me one hour to complete now takes about 7 minutes. I created 5 campaigns this morning in record time. And I am blissfully happy about it. I've been shopping email providers for Shopify for a while, and kept Mailerlite even when I didn't like it very much- but now that it's finally got this huge update, I'm officially done shopping.
