Loop has been incredibly useful for us! The onboarding process was a bit intimidating at first (they might have improved that since) but the fact that we don't need to process returns manually anymore (no emails, no manual refunds etc.) was absolutely WORTH IT! The entire return processing is 100% automatic and so streamlined that today we have almost ZERO interaction with customers about returns/exchanges. Highly recommended!

We are a small business that is growing fast. We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus in order to have access to cleaner and more effective e-commerce tools and the ability to more easily scale. Loop was one of the major influencers in our decision to switch. I am not a web developer but I do all of the web backend work myself. Of all the apps that I have used so far in Shopify (and probably including Shopify itself), I think that Loop offered the most comprehensive and easy-to-follow onboarding documentation. I reached out to Loop support a couple times when I got stuck or needed clarity on something and every time their support was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient (even when I was probably coming across as crabby - my own fault for trying to do too many things at once!). I was able to get Loop configured and running for the most part in just a few hours with a few tweaks here and there as the rest of the site started coming together over the next week or so. My assistant who helps with processing returns and exchanges is over the moon about how easy it is to use Loop too. We are definitely fans. Thank you for a great product and great service!

The onboarding was thorough, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with kind people who actually seem to care. The platform is great and we are happy with the response time and resolutions from the support team. Would recommend!

They did not help with our onboarding process. The system does make it easier for customers to submit for returns, but if you're needing exchanges across different prices/products that cost extra. It caused more headache with our backend systems than it solved problems.

Loop has been pivotal in our growth by allowing us to streamline the customer service process, leading to greater overall efficiencies in every area! Their onboarding process can take a while, but they have a great team of liaisons to help you through the transition. Less time and money spent on customer service costs is a win-win!

We've been looking at installing Loop Returns for a few years now and was finally able to do it using the Starter Package. We are looking forwarded to continuing with Loop as our company grows and we are thankful the app has room to upgrade as well. Right now we average 30ish returns per month and this app is extremely helpful. Setup was great and their customer service team is extremely helpful. Would recommend!

Loop has been an amazing efficiency for our business! Processing each return manually with customers via email was not only time consuming, but also not the best overall experience for our shoppers. Loop has given us a customer-facing platform that is professional and user-friendly, and has giving our team a lot of valuable time back! Their communication is quick and helpful as well. We've been using Loop Returns for a couple years now. Here at Kizik, it's not about the retained revenue we get from Loop, It's about the retained customers. We know if we can get our customers into their correct shoe size they will love our product and will become lifelong customers. The Best Returns & Exchange App available today and we're so glad we made the decision to partner with Loop! We needed a full service portal, for all returns, exchanges, etc., and Loop is able to do it all and it's automated. Our customers compliment us all the time and the calls and emails from customers, regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, etc., have stopped. It takes some set up effort, as with any new app, but once setup and running, it will completely transform your experience and the customers experience with returns and exchanges! I highly recommend Loop Returns & Exchanges!!!

Love that this app continues to keep customers and merchants comfort in mind. They continue to vamp up the features so that returns and exchanges process can run as smoothly as possible. Also Dess Everhart has been such a great point of contact-- she's quick to resolve issues or concerns and very friendly.

Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. Shop around the Shopify App Store lots of better cheaper solutions.

We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around!
