LayoutHub is an easy-to-use platform! I've encountered only a few issues, and each time the customer support has been especially helpful. Duke fixed my problems within minutes! I would reccommend this platform.

Sophie was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked her one question after another. She took the time to let research and then get back to me and let me know with instructions or videos on how to resolve issue. Duke is the best! I love working with him, he offers great solutions and is able to work with us when something doesn't work. He definitely thinks outside of the box and is able to turn around a problem quickly.

This is a great app! The pages are so easy to set up, no need for codes and other confusing features. I had an issue with a FAQ page I created and Dilys was so helpful in fixing it right away. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Layouthub for all the incredible support. This is one of the best apps I could ever asked for. Building a store can be really difficult in the beginning but the app makes it so enjoyable and simple. I love all the templates and specially the AMAZING SUPPORT. Their team is so helpful and answers all my questions super quickly. I know sometimes I can be demanding but they are always patient with all my questions and requests. We use the free version for our FAQ page. It was easy to set up and looks good. It recently suffered a glitch and stopped working properly (couldn't see the answers to the questions) but Caroline sorted the issue within 5 minutes - great customer service.

I had a problem with the different screen views and how the information on a page from my store was being displayed differently in all 3 of them. I contacted Layout and immediately was put in contact with one of their representatives, Saul. He acted super fast, I reloaded my page, and instantly my problem was fixed! I was completely satisfied with his fast response, kindness, and willingness to help. Thank you!

This is a great, easy to use page builder which gives awesome results quickly! I created a flashy new home page for my store in about 30 minutes. Sliders, collections all are displayed in an easy to navigate layout for my customers. The free version is cool but you get way more capabilities with the paid version. Worth the every penny if you want to want to look like a professional shop. Support chat lady was very nice and fixed my issue quickly and thoroughly.

Caroline also helped us with another issue we were having with out backend! Without explaining much of the issue, she was able to target the issue and figure it out for us! Caroline our customer support help was extremely patient and helpful when we couldn't see something on our backend. She assisted us multiple times and generally understood what we need out of page utility.

I had a minor issue with changes not being updated to my website, but support quickly resolved the issue.
