I have been dealing with customer service during this project for the past two months, it wouldn't be justified in words alone on how amazing Sophie was, customer service has become a nightmare across the planet over the course of the last 10 years, my experience with Sophie was refreshing and gave me a bit more hope going forward. She was extremely diligent, took in all the information and concerns I had and applied a solution. When I was just moments away from deleting the app she restored my confidence and quickly got be back on course. I cannot thank her enough!

Absolutely thrilled with the LayOut Hub app on Shopify! As a newbie in website building, I couldn't have asked for a better tool. The Pro plan is worth every penny – not only does it offer fantastic features, but the team's support is exceptional. Sophie and Jesse were absolute lifesavers! Whenever I encountered hurdles or had questions, they were right there to assist, responding promptly and providing real-time solutions. Duke deserves special recognition though – he walked me through troubleshooting multiple components, patiently guiding me every step of the way. With LayOut Hub, website building has become a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone looking to create a professional and polished site with ease!

Wow this app is bad. I would love to give it zero stars but their support is good. But support can only be so good when the app doesn't work at all. My suggestion: Just call the app "500 Server Error", would be more honest. The good news is that I should get refunded, so maybe you will have a better experience (you have a week to ask for refund, so try it quick)

LayoutHub one of the best free and paid app to start up an eCommerce store without any hesitation. This app is simply awesome. I added stranded page for free and converted the page to a collection page with so many sub collections on it. 'JESSE' one of the support advisor from layout team helped me a lot to set up whole collection pages into my entire store in less then 15 minutes. He is awesome and fantastic. Its not only about the collection and pages but LayoutHub has some other great features that helps you to design you website according to you however you would love to design. The app usually works flawlessly but after switching to a newer Shopify 2.0 theme I had an issue where the page I was building worked in the page editor itself but after publishing it and checking the live site nothing worked. I went to the support chat bubble and within seconds Duke answered and corrected the issue. I was not only pleased that he resolved the issue but also answered on a Sunday. Thanks Duke!!!
