Wow, after searching for months and struggling with the shopify review system which does not show up in Google. Pj and his amazing team stepped up to the plate. Reviews are an incredibly important part of the checkout process, there have been studies done that show it can add up to 30percent more chance of a customer buying from your store. Found this post and it encouraged me to switch to Judge.me from another very popular review app. It was super easy to migrate and setup. I had the app installed and the reviews showing up on my product pages in < 5 minutes I think. A few other things I noticed right away and am loving: 1) It loads quickly (noticeably faster than the old app even in their "optimize for speed" mode), 2) Looks great on mobile 3) The Google Structured Data Testing Tool recognizes all my reviews so I can finally have rich snippet review info for SEO (yay!) Great features. Verified reviews, review responses, and great customer service. I've only had cause to contact judge.me once, and they fixed my issue immediately. Very happy with the service and price.

We spent tons of time researching and testing review apps. After much time and effort, we settled on judge.me. Most of the "top" review apps start out reasonably priced but as soon as you start growing or adding anything above a basic feature, they start charging outrageously high prices. At that point, they have you locked in because you don't want to lose all the reviews you've worked so hard to collect. Don't make that mistake! The support we've received so far has been fantastic. We upgraded to "Awesome" really quickly.....and have received many reviews by offering members a small incentive. A (real) 5-star rating from a VERY satisfied customer :)

This is the first time I have left a review for a Shopify App. For two plus years, I have been using another App to collect my reviews. The issue was, I was going to have upgrade to the Premium Plan ($299) a month to receive the following features: 1) Google Rich Snippets 2) To reply to a review. I began to search for an alternative and came across Judge.me. I installed the app and within forty-eight hours, my product reviews were showing up in Google Search. Thank you guys for offering an excellent product at a price that is affordable.

What a great app! I originally set up my store 12 months ago and added the Shopify review app. Being a really new store we felt like it was doing more harm then good just sitting there with its very limited reviews while we tried to post on social media to ask customers to go online and review - too hard. This app lets you send emails to as many of your customers you want, inviting them to add reviews of their purchases so you can get real reviews straight away from real customers. I added and removed a few similar apps this morning before settling on this one based on a very helpful review! Glad I did because it was simple to install and when I wanted the widget moved I just email support for help. They had it all sorted for me in a matter of hours with great email communication. Thank you! Im looking forward to the improvements that are planned.. Great app, great support. Very happy!

Fantastic support! We needed a specific feature that wasn't included by default in the app and PJ added the customization for us within 24 hours and it works great.

Wow! Amazing customer service. I have the Awesome Plan and I was about to right support about an issue I was having, and I opened my email and they had already noticed it and provided me with instructions for a solution! Super impressed.

Awesome company! All the apps on Shopify seem to have only 5 star reviews, which makes me nervous. How has no one ever had an issue, or less than a perfect experience? I don't trust it, but I do trust the Judge.me rating. I installed the app, and quickly uninstalled it in order to finish removing the Shopify reviews app (I had some hidden code left in a couple pages). Within minutes I had an email asking if there was a specific reason I uninstalled the app and if there was anything Judge.me could do to fix the issue. To keep it short, they helped me remove the excess Shopify code, transfer my prior reviews and answered all my questions. They're extremely helpful and provide a personal interest in the well being of their app on your storefront. I'm more than happy to give them another 5 star review.

This is a great app and very easy to install. The customer service is outstanding! I had a little "hiccup" when I switched themes and they helped me with the situation in a matter of minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the best apps you could invest in for your business. Reviews are golden!

Clean simple and customizable beyond the built in data because the reviews are stored in hidden metafields. Crack them open and the data can be displayed anywhere and however one would like. Awesome automated features work. Very high response rate for review requests.

Not only is this a great product, but the service by PJ and the team was quite honestly remarkable. They fixed an issue for me which was related directly to the theme I was using, not the product at all. They spent hours fixing it. I did not expect this level of service. Truly above and beyond. Highly recommended. This everything you need in a review app with killer service!

Don't think, just get it. Checks all the boxes out there, and then some. Without having to break the bank. And it's a pleasure working with PJ - the promptest responses ever. Here's what the app is doing for us: 1. Imported reviews from legacy app in under 2 mins 2. Sent out review requests to customers from weeks before the app install - 5 mins to set up and send a request. Loads of reviews already. 3.
