We have been using this app for few months now. Very pleased with the performance. The app with very easy to install and setup and the customer service is by far one of the best, PJ is very responsive to emails and assisted us anytime we needed help. Awesome service. Its sunday and I installed the app and I went immediately for the paid service after reading the fab reviews here. Then I needed some help and I emailed. I was super surprised that I got a response. I figured maybe Monday I'll get a response but BAM, there it was. My problem was solved and I'm up and running. Thanks PJ Celis YOU are awesome. UPDATED May 17. Since I installed the app, my reviews are through the roof. And the best part is that they are autoposted. Totally automated. We do respond to each one of them which I thinks makes our store look very responsive to our customers. Which helps makes sales too. Thanks again.

We've been using Judge.me since moving to Shopify ~4 months ago. On our old cart platform, we were paying Shopper Approved almost 10x the cost of Judge.me for arguably a lesser service. The developer has been incredibly responsive to all requests. Google organic is reporting perfectly. Thrilled that the developer continues to roll out features and enhancements. Comparing Judge.me to Yotpo or Shopper Approved is not fair, because those companies don't have responsive customer support. I am hoping Judge.me will add store-reviews and 3rd party trusted reviews. I am hoping Judge.me will add a widget with review summaries, for side-panel or homepage display. I am hoping Judge.me will add social network shares. Rumor has it these are in the works. I would choose Judge.me all over again. If you are reading this and you're paying for a $$$$ service, you can say goodbye now. If you can get them to export your reviews.

One of the best little apps Shopify has to offer! But more importantly - customer support rocks! PJ and his team were very responsive to my inquiries and helped with everything I needed. Kudos!

Simply amazing app. I did have another reviews app installed however I realised that if I wanted to reply to customers I would have to pay a huge amount for the privilege. I looked for an alternative and found Judge.me. I'm extremely glad I installed it for the following reasons: 1) The functionality is great, I like the way you can group products so that all related reviews are shown together. 2) Star ratings show up in Google 3) I can reply to customers! 4) The price is friendly 5) The customer support is amazing 6) There's even more features in the pipeline In short, if you are looking for a reviews app Judge.me is a no-brainer. Go for it!

I have been running a webstore for 7 years over 3 different platforms and the Judge.me Review App is the slickest review app that I have encountered. It is extremely easy to install and highly effective. The customer support is also extremely responsive. Peter goes above and beyond. There are several review apps to choose from but Judge.me is hands down the best out there.

The Judge me app is just what I was looking for at a price I could afford. I tried the "other one" and while it is a good app it so expensive for the features I needed. This one has it all for 15 a month and even better is the customer service. Wow! I had some issues removing the "other one" and getting this one installed correctly and they were on it within minutes and went above and beyond helping me get everything just right. In an hour it was up and running perfectly. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Judge Me. One very satisfied Customer.

Judge.me saved me trying to develop a custom reviews app after being completely unsatisfied with the others available. The feature set is second-to-none, and constantly evolving to become ever more useful. Support requests (and even feature suggestions) are responded to quickly, personally and helpfully - this in itself has made our setup process really easy and efficient. Thoroughly (and confidently) recommended.

What an incredible app! I originally found them when looking for an alternative to Yotpo and have been impressed with both the app and the support ever since. Yotpo could make sense for stores doing $10M or more in sales every year. However, they could not touch the speed of development and the personal support of Judge.me. This app is a MUST for any Shopify store.

I've studied all the review apps on Shopify. All of them have pros and cons, except for this one, which has no Cons. It's affordable, offers tons of features the others don't & best of all, the support is incredibly effective and responsive. We dumped our old review system (the most popular one, most will know who I'm referring to) after the company got greedy and kept making prices more and more ridiculous. This app, for a fraction of the price, offers more features. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

What a fantastic app and a great value! We were actually surprised at the price after seeing what this app actually does for us, and you can't beat the customer service experience. PJ has been excellent! He worked with us to send out review requests to customers who purchased prior to us installing the app. The app is easy to customize, and once it's set up, it automatically sends review requests to your customers for you and even sends a follow up thank you email. The widget looks fantastic on our site, as we were able to easily customize it to match our theme. The only thing I would add is an in-email review form so the user doesn't have to click away from the email to add their review. However, when they do, it takes them right to the review form and automatically populates the form with their name and email address, so Judge.me does make it simple. We highly recommend!!! Thanks so much for a fantastic app at a really great price for a growing business.

This app is great! This is the first time I've ever left a review for a Shopify app. This is also the ONLY app I found that will allow you to "link" or "group" products so that if someone leaves a review for one product, you can have that same review show up on a sister product, even if you did not setup that sister product as a "variant." All other apps that I've seen will only allow you to have the same reviews populate across "variants". PJ is also super responsive and great to work with. Plus the app looks great too! Highly recommended!

I'm so happy I found this app. It seems people are worried about naming competitors on app reviews but there's really no point in beating around the bush: Yotpo is the most ridiculously priced app around and Judge.me is here to save the day. Don't get me wrong, Yotpo is great and well worth the $699/month if you're running a 7 figure company but there's just no "start small and grow with us" option, rendering it completely useless or at least out of reach for most start ups. Don't worry, Judge.me is here to save the day for the little guy. The "Awesome" plan (it really is awesome) is so reasonably priced and it's got so many brilliant features. Okay, there's no analytics and there's no "in-email" reviews, but that's pretty much it. You can customise everything! I run a Spanish website and I've translated the whole thing into Spanish. The emails look great and can be completely personalised and the reviews widget looks like it's just part of my theme and is completely white label. All this and the support from PJ was outstandingly fast and friendly. Great App, Awesome Service! This is a great App for product reviews and the service is even better. They were there every step of the way to get me integrated as quickly and seamlessly as possible. They answered all my questions via email almost instantly and helped me get the App up and running in a matter of no time. They even did some extra back-end work on the code to get my preview badge working without any extra charge. By far one of the best service experiences I have experienced.

Was looking for a Review App for a long period of time, Installed Yotpo but it was too expensive for me as I just opened my online store and each dollar counts that's why I came to Judge.me and I have to say this app works much better and customer service is very good, they helped me to send requests to my old customers and helped to install code on collection page right-away. Gonna stick with these guys now. I would definitely recommend this app to my friends.

Judge.me is a very flexible and customizable customer review add-on for Shopify. Easy to integrate and really appreciate that the developer PJ is super responsive to feature requests that make sense. For example, adding the ability for us to send out links in marketing emails to request reviews.

Where's the 10 STAR ICON!! - Installed easily and customer service is outstanding. I had been using Shopify review app because the placement of the reviews using another paid app was no good. Shopify does not have auto-send and I knew that was an error, but was hesitant to pay again for reviews. After reading the reviews on Judge.me I installed and crossed my fingers. PJ was working on a few Shopify glitches immediately and within a couple of hours had the email list of previous customers sent. Within 30 minutes we received 32 5-star reviews!!! - Do it!
