Judge.Me is far superior to Shopify Reviews and TrustedSite Reviews put together. Even the simple feature of auto-publishing your (4 or) 5 star reviews straight to your Facebook page is worth the small monthly fee ... because that's time saved, money well spent. Then there's the fact that the judge.me team install and integrate your reviews into the product pages & categories with the click of a button and are always on hand to help and answer your questions promptly, professionally and accurately ... even through the Christmas and NY period. That says a lot about their support in itself. Outstanding product, Outstanding Support and the 2nd website I've installed Judge.Me into with an install for every site I create from here on... that's how much I love it. This is the best review app without a doubt. All the great features and new amazing features are always being added. And the price, wow. Other apps charge many times more for the same or less features. Plus fantastic customer service. Go with Judge.me.

Judge.me is an excellent product with great developer support. I've installed it on multiple e-commerce sites, and can't imagine opening a store without it. They seem to have expanded the team a bit since my last install/purchase, but the new additions are just as helpful and capable. Great stuff!

This app integrated and installed effortlessly, allowed us to upload old reviews in a snap, and if we have any questions, their support staff has efficiently been on top of their emails. We also love that they are reasonably priced! All around amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and just works well. Their service has been excellent. :) We had a technical issue (nothing to do with Judge.me but rather Shopify), and PJ helped us figure it out as I was franticly trying to get this to work for Black Friday. Works like a charm.

This is a great app. We are getting lots more review than expected since the customer can place a review right from the email without having to click to the site first. Also the review display looks great. I had to request design modification twice and the support team made the quickly.

Love this app. All the top features that other apps offer for hundreds of dollars. The biggest plus point for me was the Google Search integration. Now I can show off our great reviews in the search results.

I highly recommend this app - it's easy for customers to leave a review, and is highly customizable. Plus, the customer service is stellar - any questions I have had have been answered within a few hours and the response is always great!

I wasn't in a great mood today, and Felix was not just patient but went the extra mile to help me out. PJ (the founder) also checked in - Judge.me is really serious about providing great customer support, and they do just that. On top of that, the app has pretty much all the functionality of YotPo for less than 1/10th the price. I'm going to be switching all my stores over to Judge.me, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I tried all the other ones, even stamped.io, yotpo etc and I found Judge.me to be much easier to use and exactly what I needed. Very pleased to have found this app. The support is also great - not that you need it because it is a very straightforward app.

Their customer service is fantastic. Going above and beyond- like your own little IT team :) I've used other review apps which end up locking the most basic functions and request high monthly fees and/or based on shop turnover. Judge.me is fair for what they offer free and their monthly fees are acceptable for young eCommerce site. BTW, I seldom leave reviews so... great job!

This app is a must! Really easy to install without any coding required. There team and concierge service is great!

Completely blown away by the Judge.me software and even more importantly by the Judge.me customer service. I had a few questions and concerns at the beginning of my time using the software and the Judge.me team went way out of their way to help. No app on Shopify is completely "perfect", however, I feel that this one is moving in the right direction. Also, they seem to be trying to differentiate the app by offering more features in it, which is nice to get more bang for your buck.

Reviews are becoming a must-have, especially when it comes to sound SEO. Judge.me is definitely the way to go if you're just getting started. Set it on auto-pilot and it'll get you much-needed reviews for your products. All those stars look great during Google searches too. Great app.

THIS IS THE BEST ADDITION TO MY STORE! I have installed a lot of apps over the past year using Shopify. Some are okay, some get uninstalled.... but this one stands out! I'm not big on writing reviews but I love getting reviews on my website now so I had to come here and say 5 STARS! ✔️I was looking for a better alternative to Shopify reviews. I wanted my reviews to show up on GOOGLE. ** SERIOUSLY IMPROVES SEO** ✔️I wanted reviews on facebook that weren't left on Facebook. ✔️I have a subscription box so I have different SKUs for different subscription length but they are essentially the same product. This app lets you group your reviews by SKU! ✔️I love rewarding my customers - now not only does this send an email to reminded them to leave a reveiw. ✔️It also offers them a coupon!! ✔️Even better... they can leave the review in their email app!! I also have reviews for my entire store on one page! ✔️The carousel saved my time and rework and added this right to my homepage! ✔️And Q/A on products is awesome! Now my customers can learn from previously asked questions and I can also know what my customers are wanting to know so I can better serve them! (Seriously, I had a whole other app for this but now it's all in one!) ✔️I love that it shows verified vs unverified. ✔️ And while I always want to be honest with reviews there is always the option to hide some reviews (because you never know with haters and trolls). ✔️SUPPORT. WOW. Their support is amazing. RESPONSIVE. Support is lightning fast and has helped so much. Just email them. ✔️ And last but not least. This app is affordable! Way cheaper than all the competition but WORTH EVERY PENNY! BONUS: They integrate with other apps too. I use SHOELACE for retargeting and this creates promoted Facebook post with 5-star reviews!
