Best Review APP - Best Support - It's just the best. Don't waste your time with other apps.

I wish every app was like Judge.Me - so many features and more coming, super fast support on weekends too, easy to use and the price! I have tried over 100 of apps and this the Number1 Shopify app! For Products Reviews I suggest Judge.Me app only! I hope Judge.Me will make more apps, I will be using all of them :)

Getting customer reviews on our products plays such a big part in attracting new business. This app makes this easy to do and adds great value for our website!

Judge.me is not only an amazing app that works great, but the customer support is PHENOMENAL. They respond so promptly and have helped me out with every single ask. I highly, highly recommend!!

Judge.me is a superb app that has always been fast to communicate. Probably the biggest feature that puts it above the other apps is the integration with Aftership. If you run a store that ships items at different times, it makes no sense to ask for a review while the item is still shipping. Judge.me allows you to only send an email request AFTER the item has been delivered to their door. In terms of bugs, I haven't run across any yet and they do lots of complex technical things like Facebook page integration, rich snippets, google shopping... clearly their programming team is top notch.

It's great! the staff are so nice. when you have some problems they will hurry to help you. you will not disappoint with this app. Must have now!!!

Highly recommended. Tried different review apps, and Judge.me nails all of them, even the more expensive ones. Huge page speed increae compared to the "default" Shopify reviews app, also a lot more feature rich. Don't be fooled by Yotpo's fancy homepage - once you use it, there is no fanciness to be seen anymore. Even Yotpo's starter plan is more expensive than Judge.me. The integration of Judge.me is simply put a lot better, works better, looks better. The app is fitted to your theme out-of-the-box and any custom requests are handled by the support team is an extremely timely manner.

Worst. I uninstalled this app but still files remain there.

Beautiful app. You don't need the "premium" apps that cost hundreds when you have this.

Loads fast, tons of options for customization, their customer service is amazing!!!, and they are waaaaay cheaper than most of the competitors while doing the same thing. If you don't have judge.me, you are missing out.

Great app, very excited to use it, so far it looks amazing on my store. But the customer support here - AMAZING! Got replies to my emails within 2 hours, and every single question or comment I had was addressed clearly, and problems were all fixed fast!

Excellent App! Highly recommend!!

Amazingly fast customer service from Tony. Thank you! So helpful to get me all set up. I opted for the paid plan (only $15)...worth it to customize the emails requesting reviews (in my opinion).

This is a great app. Would highly recommend. Not only is it easy to install and use but Felix provides regular e-mail updates on new improvements to the apps functionality.

So if you ever want your store to have an Amazon-like feel to it, this is app is a Staple! Actually well this app should be a staple in general. If you are looking to have a review app in your store, this app is easily a Top Pick. Their features are endless. Their support is very helpful, responsive, & and phenomenal overall. Also, whatever review app you used before, and wanted to switch to Judge Me, their support actually removes the code from your theme for you (a common problem store owners run into when uninstalling some review apps). My only small issue is dealing with the Verified Purchase badge on reviews (if you had a different reviews app beforehand you better have access to the right info to give to Judge Me so you can get that badge on your reviews) I understand though they're just trying to maintain high quality and credibility so you can tell they really care about what they're doing and in a world where many shopify apps seem overwhelmed with options this app is an easy pick and also a very very good choice to invest in.

The app works perfectly, and the new update makes the reviews look professional and trustworthy - which is the most important thing when it comes to reviews. Having Judge.me has increased our sales as some customers have told us that it was the reviews that convinced them to go ahead with the purchase. What is brilliant with the update is that when you are on the product page, the number of reviews and average rating is beside the product title now, and when you click it, it takes the user to the reviews so they are now much easier to find. Last but not least the support from the team, specifically Tony who I was speaking with, is superb. Tony was very understanding and had to put up with me for much longer than should have.
