A must have for stores that have products that specialize in adding custom options. Our online store adds personalization to products and Infinite Options exceeded my expectations. I am new to Infinite options and I am very impressed with this app and how easy the setup was having a 2.0 theme. I needed a couple of minor customizations to fit my website scheme and customer service was there to assist immediately. Their service was impeccable and quickly fixed my issue. I highly recommend this app and look forward to utilizing the multitude of options it has to offer to enhance my site.

I mostly use the app for product page add on/bundles. This app is great and meets my needs. I reached out to support for help with styling and they quickly made the app blend in seamlessly with my theme. I would recommend this app to anyone!

Poor experience, tried contacting support but no reply. The app is difficult to create different options, even though installing was just adding it to the Theme Editor sections on product page, quite simple compared to other apps. I don't understand why they charge a optional fee ($20) to install the app? Very confusing... is it just installing the app which is simple to do or is it creating the options for your store which is difficult to do?...

Amazing support! We upgraded to a 2.0 theme and the format of the swatch options was a bit off. I submitted a support request, and within a few minutes, our options were displaying exactly as I had hoped. We've used this app for years and it works perfectly for us. Thanks!

So far, we have had a good experience with Infinite Options. I've recently needed to make some changes to how some things were displayed to customers in their cart, and when I reached out to support I got a really quick response and a quick solution, which I really appreciate. As far as the app goes, it allows us to customize products and we haven't experienced much, if any issues at this time!

Great App for a fair price. The app is working excellently!!! Customer service is super fast and very helpful. I used the Bold Options app for a couple of months, which was the opposite: extremely expensive and with weak customer service. I highly recommend the Infinite app.

I installed this app and Uploadery this evening to replace another custom options app I've been using for over a year. I got it all set up in one evening. It's working like a charm. I did have a little issue that required contacting the help desk. I received the most wonderful and helpful assistance from a magician on the team. Problems solved and everything is perfect. I really appreciate the pleasant and genuine customer service I received. Thank you.

Very easy to install and setup. I did have some trouble with placement since I'm not using Shopify 2.0, but the customer service was really fast about helping me with that. I like this app a lot better than Bold Options, which I was using before. Bold Options was a pain to uninstall because it left snippets of code all throughout my website. And it was buggy. And more expensive. Highly recommend Infinite Options.

I would recommend the app because of the add on feature. I would have appreciated a video that started with grouping in Shopify products. Still figuring it out put will keep it for now.

With a small business based around customising, personalising and printing items to order I have lots and lots of product options for my customers! I chose Infinite Options to help me create an interface on my new website and I have been really happy. I got most of the way there myself with the help provided by the ShopPad website on adjusting the look and feel of my options on the product pages, and was then super happy to pay the very affordable sum for them to zhuzh it all up so that my design swatches and drop downs and text boxes are all laid out really nicely. Loving this app so far. Would love it even more if it incorporated the ability to set different price points for different options selected e.g. a large cushion size costs more than small etc. as right now I need to combine Infinite Options with native Shopify for products that need this.

I think this app is great and really easy to use. I have been using shopify for 3 days, and the Infinite Options App has taken out the stress and has definitely improved the usability of my website. I was able to take really simple shop options from shopify and add on 3-4 additional options to my products. This included different style selections (using checkboxes), selecting from a range of icons to add to the product (using swatches) and adding text boxes for personalisation. The swatches option was great, however the swatches were a little crowded, however a team member (Andreas) was able to quickly adjust this and now it presents so well! Great app!!

This app is incredible! I would give it 10 stars if I could. We offer a very wide variety of customizations in our gear, more than Shopify's variants can account for. Infinite Options allows us to offer our customers exactly what they want. The team at Infinite Options were very helpful in implementation as well as trouble shooting after we switched to a new Shopify theme. One other incredible perk is that Infinite Options can integrate with their app Mesa to give us a Google Sheets export of the orders with the color options the customer chose in order to speed up our production planning.
