Very good app, and excellent support! App was good out of the box, but needed some tweaks for our mini cart and some styling updates. We were going to do the latter, but their support fixed all of it. Great work

Vraiment top I quietly looked at many apps. Seeing the result on other sites won me over: beautiful animation, super-efficient and fluid. And seeing the result on mine captivated me. Perfectly customized. Thanks to Arthur's responsiveness, and patience. No hidden costs, for the moment anyway. The ability to send a physical version. And the ability to send mass gift cards to your customers. Or a great way to give a credit. Really great.

Easy to use app with a lot of great features. we needed offline and online gift card and that extension solves all the issues we had before with the "normal" gift cards from shopify. support is also very fast, friendly and helpful.

So impressed with this app! I highly recommend. I have tried a number of gift card apps, but came up against issues with all of them. Arthur was incredibly quick and helpful at getting us all set up. No issues at all.

The App offers many great features that work very well for us and the customer. Especially the option to send the gift voucher directly by email on a day of choice. The App configuration needs some time to adjust but the team was super fast to adapt design and some minor things.

Their support team is very helpful and responsive. The default template coupled the scheduling of the delivery of the gift card with the addition of a recipient and a recipient's email address. I asked to have the calendar option removed - just have the recipient, the message, and the recipient's email.

Customer support is phenomenal. Arthur helped out in every way possible with what we needed and it was done very quickly. If you're looking to offer your customers gift cards, we cannot recommend this app enough. We trialled 4-5 apps and this one is the better hands down.

Great app with incredible support. Could not be happier. Arthur has solved any inquiry and any task I asked him for on short notice and helped us to adapt the app completely to our required look and needs. If possible I would rate the app with 10 out of 5 points ;-)

The digital gift card feature was very easy to set up and it did exactly what we needed it to. The thing I liked most about this app is that it includes an offer to manually adapt the design to our shop, which improves the user experience a lot. Highly recommended!

Gift Card Hero app has fulfilled all the wants we were hoping for giving customers a more personalized email for their loved one. I was beyond frustrated with Shopify's emailed version and now way to add a note at the customers request. They now can fill in what they want, can even choose to have a physical mailed as a gift. We had a few issues and the customer service has been top notch and that means so much when running a business. A bonus is that we can now check a customers balance on the POS system and also reuse the gift cards if they want to add more funds. I would highly recommend this app.

Gift Card Hero has been a great app for us heading into the holiday season. Arthur has been extremely helpful in getting our Gift Cards to look and function exactly how we like. Would highly recommend this app to beef up your gift card presentation and offering for your store!

These guys have been really amazing. They have done a lot of custom work for our gift card set up and managed to finish all the custom changes very quickly in time for Black Friday. They were able to set up two different gift card products with unique images for one of our stores, all the way from product page through the whole purchasing and fulfillment experience. I highly recommend!

Really great customer service from Arthur! He customised the app to our theme and answered all our queries very quickly. The app is great and does exactly what we need it to do - the best features are that you can opt to send digital or physical gift cards, and customers can schedule when they want digital cards to be sent in the future. Really happy with the functionality and support!

Arthur and his team are exceptionally helpful and were able to make setting everything up easy and painless! Very accommodating and they are working on some great new features. We turned this on and sold our first gift card within a couple days! This app really steps up the look and feel of the gift card page quite a bit over the standard options in Shopify.
