This app is absolute shit and the support is absolute shit as well. If you are driving a lot of traffic to your store do not use this app

Great app, greater customers support

The support team has been an amazing help for all our small issues, would definitely recommend them! The app works amazingly and it can be implemented for so many different actions.

Fast support. Works as intended

The app is perfect. I'm using langify and geolizr on my www.mrwoodshop.com, and everything is working fantastically. But what I have to mention is: Johannes (master of those apps) has the best customer support I have ever get. All these fancy big companies like Apple, Amazon, Shopify (sorry guys) etc. can just learn from Johannes! Thanks.

The service and support by Frank and his team is no less than fantastic. They go way beyond what you could imagine - and the app itself is really useful. I use both the currency switcher and the redirect function at https://en.authentic.dk - 5* all the way.

Great app, makes handling anything multi-language/currency/region related easy (our store is 5 languages and 5 currencies with very specific requirements so a tricky store to work with). I did some customisation to fit my needs and the team responded straight away and helped resolve some issues I was struggling with. Highly recommend!

German engineering at its best! The app works perfectly fine and the transition from App to Store is very smooth and fast (no coding skills required, and if yes: Frank is always happy to help you out). The support is EXCELLENT and definitely worth the price of the app. If you run an international store I think this app is a must because it allows various features for clients from different countries in one single App.

I am currently running two Shopify stores, one for the US and one for Europe and I needed a solution to automatically redirect visitors based on their location. Sending visitors from the one to the other was simple and the redirect widget was set up and working within minutes. +1 for the simplicity of the app. It got a little tricky in my European store since I am running that store in German for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and in English for the rest of Europe. I ran into some issues where there were redirecting loops. I had a problem where visitors in Germany where correctly redirected to the German site but then looped back to the homepage whenever they tried to visit a different page. i.e. collection/product page. I contacted the support, which is what convinced me to leave this review. +1 Frank took care of all my issues. He was kind, friendly, and professional. He made sure that I was well taken care of and fixed them all promptly. My redirects are working perfectly now thanks to him. Btw. I am using the langify app for my German store which works great together with the geolizr app. These two go hand in hand. I won't hesitate on any of their other/future apps or to contact their support. If I could, I'd give these guys 10 Stars. I don't usually write app reviews but felt that it was necessary. The overall experience and functionality should be used as an example for many other developers on the Shopify app store. See them both working at eu.niyama-sports.com

Johannes and his team are awesome - very helpful and prompt to answer all of our questions and problems. The app itself has caused me some issues but the geolizr team has been able to fix them. I still need to explore all of the app's capabilities but overall I certainly recommend it!

We are using Geolizr and Langify together. We had problems setting up redirects between two different Shopify stores at first but after contacting support the issue was resolved and both Johannes and Frank were most helpful. Keep it up guys!

ı UPDATE ı We installed Geolizr in January 2016 and saw an increase in our international orders. A few weeks ago, we were making changes to our backend and everything went wrong (our fault). We contacted the Geolizr Team (also creators of Langify; best app ever!) and they were very fast to help us reinstall everything. Customer service is still the best. Thank you so much! Another great app by Johannes Hodde! We were reluctant about trying an app that is currently being tested. However, we have been using Mr Hodde's Langify app for over a year and his impeccable customer service made it an easy decision. As you can see on our site, everything runs smoothly. Our customers appreciate having the prices in their currency and we appreciate how easy it was to install. Once again, we are not disappointed. We are looking forward to the next one. Well done!

Line of codes everywhere after I deleted the app.. A lot of work for me.. I think the support should delete all of them right after the app is deleted. Anyway.. too late I am doing it..

This app is great and covers so many different things that I would have thought I would need a few apps for. The guys are really helpful with integration and making it work beautifully for the website. Highly recommend!
