Created infinite loop multiples times on my website. Support is understaffed, take almost always 16-24h to get an answer and solve the issue. I can not recommend, i lost sales, and it has harmed my very small business.

With the Geolizr app, we perfectly connect our six Shopify Plus stores to offer our customers the best possible UX worldwide and direct them to the right store. The support is fast, always ready to help and very knowledgeable.

I have installed the app for a test trail. However I'm not able to open the app, so I can't change any settings. I als can't find a button to contact app support.

If you sell into multiple markets you need this app! Our business is based in Norway and geolizr lets us sell into Europe, the UK and beyond with improved conversion rates. The redirection, popup and notification widgets are valuable in displaying important country specific information for prospective customers. Customization is excellent and we have styled the widgets to match the rest of our site. Lastly, the app comes with a Premium feature: an impressive support! I've communicated with Frank on their team, and the suggested improvements have taken our store to another level. I can highly recommend the geolizr app!

Frank and Veera are exceptional. We are using a complex redirect logic and they helped me with setup. They go an extra mile to help and fix issues. Thumbs up !

Frank is super helpful and helped sort a couple of UX problems in basically no time by adding some custom code. Our company's experience with Geolizr is extremely satisfactory!

We had some issues with the Translation & Redirection and so we had to disable the redirection. But this Support team came to us and fixed it perfectly. Thank you for your help!

We switched from another currency converter app to Geolizr. Frank was great in customizing our cart message and otherwise getting us set up (even on the weekend)! The simple but powerful combination of currency conversion and country specific banner messages is fantastic. A suggestion for future development is to enable the insertion of emojies into the banner notification messages (e.g. flags) Great app. Great service!! Update 2022: We have been using this app since 2018 and are so happy with the support Frank has continued to provide. Highly recommend this app and to contact the support team should you have any tweaks needed or issues that need to be resolved.

I installed this app believing that it was one like many others. Instead I had to change my mind. I have a site with a lot of shopify instances, and when I need it, the customer service has been exceptional. They even made a personalization just for me in one day and without even asking me for a supplement. Super recommended APP and developer

We have used this app together with Langlify language app and they work perfect together. The support for adjusting the app, so it looks and works perfect is excellent and I would recommend their services anytime.

Super helpful! We have several e-commerce sites around the world in different languages. This helps us direct traffic seamlessly. At first, the app did not work due to a complication with another app, but the issue was fixed quickly and now it works great. The customer service has been perfect! Super quick responses and very willing/helpful.
