I have tried most of the Shopify landing page builders out there but have settled for gem pages. The best easy drag and drop editor by far. Some of the features that gem pages provides such as embedding a youtube video but providing options to not show related videos at the end of the video and many more. What I am more impressed is the amount of support Chris, the founder, provides and willing to provide. As any other software product gem pages have bugs as well but Chris is always there to help out and either fix the bug or find a way around it. Hope they will build a funnel builder soon as well!!!

I'm from www.loveanddesign.com Chris is just Brilliant and the support is there. I've been using Gem pages for a while, started off building a nicer Contact us page etc. I've just completed our home page with it, we have an incredibly easy accordion menu that you just couldn't do with the $180 theme I bought. It's great for stores where you want to innovate because it gives you much more access to building blocks, but with the simplicity you need if you're a beginner. I am actually a developer myself but I can't tell you how much time this product has saved me. At last I can actually build really interactive, exciting interfaces for my customers to enjoy and to drive sales. I can't WAIT for the sales funnels package that's coming soon. Great product, great support. 11 out of 10.

Chris is great. Response time on chat was less than 15 minutes after my support inquiry. Gave him temporary access to my site and he jumped right in to fix the problem himself. Great experience and highly recommend. Btw, new UI is a great improvement as well.

This app literally saved us thousands of dollars in paying a developer to code our site. The support was amazing and seemed like they were there to help and walk me through things at all hours of the day and night. We wouldn't have been able to move over from Wordpress to Shopify without this app. Its a must have!!!

The editor is really nice and usable, however it has plenty of bugs. Small Section can't be edited and custom templates are not stored correctly... I have lost quite some time eventually. Suport is great though

Very nice support, Easy to use. Of course the GemPage is under progress but there is enough futures to make a awesome page without any problem.

This is by far the most robust page builder on Shopify! I had a few hiccups early on but Chris provided amazing and fast support. Now I'm able to build beautiful pages with ease. As a designer, I found some of the other page builder apps frustrating because they don't give you full control to build what you are envisioning. GemPages allows you to create whatever you like. My favorite features are the ability to easily add a banner "hero" image directly below the navigation and the accordion element for FAQs. I can't imagine building another Shopify site without GemPages!

This is by far the best page builder out there, and I love the ease of use and plug and play functionality. Chris was so helpful in answering my questions live and I am excited for new templates and modules to be rolled out soon. The designs are fantastic! Thank you Chris & team!

This awesome Page Builder has saved our lives. It is an awesome collection of functionalities and immediate response to support is something that I strongly support. Not many page builders out there support with such an extensive requirement. Chris has been very helpful in taking in new ideas and supporting stores even up to a one-on-one support through live chat when he's available which I find extremely refreshing. For 29 dollars the ability to build pages on demand is something that every Shopify store needs. No regrets whatsoever!

TLDR: (because it's really lengthy down there) 1. Friendly and easily accessible customer service 2. Comes with best price and features ( I have tried out all the other apps, so don't doubt me) 3. VERY EASILY TO USE, HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE 4. Recommended to those who does not have coding knowledge. 5. BEAUTIFUL Details: 1. COMPARING TO OTHER SIMILAR APPS I have always wanted to build my own pages, from homepage>landing>collection>product>blog pages. I have tried out a lot other similar apps but i always meet problem like image resolution distorted etc etc. Since I have really no experience in coding, image editing kind of things, it's really hard for me. Most importantly, the PRICE for other page builder is so much more expensive than this, but offer so much less features and so much harder to use. For a small business like me, I definitely can't afford paying apps that I can't handle but still charge me a big sum. 2. BEFORE I STARTED TO USE GEMPAGE I have come a crossed to a few reviews saying that Chris (the developer) has bad attitude, poor customer service and etc. Also some says he has no intention to continue! To clarify, I approach Chris, I can assure you he answers all your questions and are ready to help. There are a few features that are still in beta, please give Chris some time to implement and bring it to us. (It doesn't take you less than one day to build a website, how do you expect him to do all plugins in one day?!) Chris is constantly updating and bringing new features, so stay tuned. 3. THE APP ITSELF AND MY EXPERIENCE As i said, it is truly easy to use. Even though some features are not unlocked yet, but it is suffice to do all the basics - intermediate stuffs. I like how I am able to see it in different mode (desktop,mobile,tablet), since 90% of my customers browse with smartphone, I have to make sure it looks good. You can also have different settings for different mode. If I could, I would give this app 100 stars for everything. I have been in trouble building my own page, GemPage literally saves my day! Get the trial, no harm. (even the $9.9 plan can easily outbeat some other similar apps that costs you $29.9) *I take around 1 day to figure out all functions and I guess I can complete all the pages in 1 week time. (still on it now, check my website in August) *If you can't even understand how to use this app and give up easily, you should entirely give up building your own page. Just use the shopify template.

I admit, its a little hard to understand at first but they've build the most amazing PAGE BUILDER for SHOPIFY so far. Many things that i thought have been bugs are really related to settings and understanding. My biggest issue was the responsive design which made certain element disappear and not look nice on mobile. Little talk with the Wizards and hey i can control every element one by one and ensure excellent display no matter which device. Once you get the hang its really easy and you can create wonderful looking pages. WAY TO GO ... thanks guys and continue this way

Very intuitive app/builder for customising and creating new shopify page layouts. Nick and the team are very responsive and help with any queries. Would definitely recommend purchasing if you require customising layouts on your shopify theme. The UI is very well designed and easy to use, and the ideal builder for shopify compared to other rivals.

Ok. To start boldly: This is one of greatest apps I've installed. Ever. I am an experienced Wordpress user, but Shopify was all new to me so I was a bit lost to begin with. I felt that Shopify was missing something very important - a proper way to build pages for those who are not educated in this field. Wordpress has it (Visual Composer) and that works great, but what about Shopify? I finally stumbled across GemPage and was actually excited by how easy it was to do pretty much everything. In all honesty, it beats Visual Composer because you can do pretty much anything and you don't need any previous experience. The support from these guys - Chris, is the one I've been in touch with - is the best I've ever received. Whenever I had a question or needed any help, they replied me within minutes on their integrated live-chat, in the control panel. GemPage comes packed with a lot of cool features and templates. Another cool thing is that they keep on updating and adding new features all the time. They actually listens to their users. This review got lengthy and I could write more but I think I'll end it by saying this: The tiny sum I paid for GemPage was by far the best investment I could make when opening up my new store. To ensure it became the best it could be. Thank you so much, Chris & the whole GemPage crew! Truly amazing work!.

Have contacted support 3 times over the last 3 weeks with no response :( Lots of glitches! Could be a great app down the road but really disappointed with the app currently and most definitely the service! Do not recommend

Is this app developer even active, I tried the email and it bounced back. If so, can you guys please respond and let us merchants know this product is active and being supported. I'm looking to buy an additional builder for a client shop, but not interested if responses are not answered. I like the app, so I'm giving 4 stars to be fair, however I'm on trial so I'll wait for a response before purchasing.

Here are the pros: $100 per year vs $50 per month($600 per year) - on Wordpress I paid $40 once for a builder that was just as good as the others, so $50 a month to me is insanity. If you've used a builder before, it's pretty easy to get the hang of. I was able to duplicate my old site pretty quickly. It's still in Beta, so it's going to get better if you support the app. Cons: There were a few things I had issues figuring out - just know that Right Clicking a section allows you to edit CSS and styles for it. Knowing that would have saved a lot of my time. Support is good, but not great, but with the support I've been giving my own customers while focusing on building out the new site, I can see why he'd have less time to focus on fixing little issues one by one vs just working to fix the entire issue for everyone at once as quickly as possible. Currently, it doesn't allow you to customize product pages but the feature is coming soon. Overall, I'm super happy with the builder. You are trading off some features for the lower price, but for myself, I was able to do just about everything I wanted with no help from the developer I pay hourly to assist me with things and I have a fairly complex site. The only thing I'm using my dev for is to custom code a section from my theme into the builder so the styling is the same. If you're coming from Wordpress and you're blown away by the price of other builders, I can say from my own personal experience that this builder is good enough to justify you not spending an extra $500 elsewhere if you're going to be customizing a lot of different pages.

I only give my feedback as a third-party.* Initially, I needed a page building app that allowed for certain customizations and capabilities that enabled my client and I to test design solutions for product pages and content pages. I found GemPages and thought to give it a try as I've had experience working with in-app page builders for other platforms and I liked the offering. Ive worked with GemPages for a few months from the initial kickoff to final launch (Roughly February - May). Full transparency, at first the system had some bugs that would show some inconsistencies and errors but after speaking with Chris and reporting the issues, he made sure to verify the issues and correct them as they were reported. He's been very friendly through the entire process and open to suggestions and feedback. From a design perspective, I took some customization liberties for our page design that allowed for a modern but light design execution and the inapp widgets allowed me to build the design how we imagined. All in all, after working through the initial learning curve of a new visual builder and making sure any potential bugs on my page are resolved prior to launch (things are good now), GemPages has become an app I trust for future page implementations. I look forward to seeing the next phase of GemPages and what Chris' team has to offer - this is definitely an app worth giving a try to build and test.

We have found this app to be very useful for our website needs. Chris is very responsive and though the app has some bugs, he always is quick to try and fix the problem and is willing to work with you. The app is also truly responsive to mobile devices which is a plus. The drag and drop features are easy to use and he is always adding more features. Overall very happy with this app.

THE BEST APP i've ever used!!!! I tried many days to find the best for me and i have no words about this app and Chris! He is always there to help you for every issue!!! I LOVE IT!

I love this app! It is very easy to use and so intuitive. There is a few small issues but Chris has been amazing.

Really simple tool to use and loved it. However there seems to be numerous bugs associated with it. After installation I found out that IE would not display the images on pages created with the tool. Contact Chris and he responded right away to fix the problem. Then a week later the homepage would not save and it started disabling the main menu. Contacted Chris and did not get a response for 3 days, still have not heard anything from his team or him. Maybe he will get in contact with me later since he likley has a life of his own that he needs to live. However, for a business owner, to have two bug issues within two weeks of installation and to not have a response back within 3 days of inquiry is highly risky. Thank god the store is not live yet to affect the actual business. Will be uninstalling and moving on to another tool.
