GREAT APP!! it saved me a lot of time and NERVES.. I am building a website with Shopify and I have ZERO coding knowledge. At some point I was fed up with all the limitations I had with my Shopify theme...my pages looked very plain and boring. I know that it is always possible to modify the themes the way you want it but that needs coding. So I decided to get a Drag and Drop app but also I didn't want to start paying from the beginning without knowing if it would work the way I want it. So I chose GEM pages because they were offering FREE TRIAL without forcing you to subscribe (i hate that) but as soon as I started using it, I felt like HOW WAS I DOING IT WITHOUT THIS? I mean it took my website design to another level!!! I love it!! -VERY easy to use (and fun!!!!)...even for me with my ZERO coding knowledge!! Lot's of options to add to your page. -Great customer service! I had a problem with my product page so I used their Live Chat to ask for help...the gentleman named Chris was very helpful, he was patient and caring and fixed my problem and he got back to me again after a couple of days to make sure everything is working perfectly. -Reasonable price and having the chance to try it before you subscribe. -I would definitely recommend GEMpages to everyone. We are new to the shopify platform and needed a page builder to match functionality of the other CMS's we have worked with over the years. We trailed lots of builders available and found that Gempages was both the most functional and easy to use. Feel free to check out our site for the results, but the powerful engine behind Gempages is delivering the heavy work. At the start of the project to migrate to shopify we were concerned that we would encounter issues with pages builders that would conflict with our theme. We have not found this is the case at all (and had a major issue with a cookie banner APP instead). Gem pages has worked near flawlessly since we installed it. The cost is fair and the support is ongoing, we are expecting lots of fantastic updates in the future. The support team are fantastic and possibly the best thing about the tool, again we have a number of apps from developers all around the world and the team at Seal Commerce (especially Chris) are always ready to help and on hand to support, often going above and beyond to make sure we are happy. This is the best app I have ever met on Shopify, it solves lots of my problems. To those who have not installed this app yet, just get it, you will know what I mean. This app allows you customize your pages. It makes the design so easy. I love it !!!!! Plus, the customer support is fantastic! Chris is the best!!!!!

I would say GemPages - Drag & Drop Page Builder is the most valuable page editor in the currently market. The customer service is great and professional, Especially "Live Chat" service, It allows us to resolve our issues immediately, even sometimes the support Chris is busy, but he will always reply to you as soon as possible. Comparing with other similar apps, I would say no matter functions or customer service, Gem has advantages. At this moment, Chris is the only person who is handling customer service, I wish they will grow and employ more customer service, then it will be perfect! Anyway, Choose GemPages, You will not regret!
