love it and I recommend it. easy to set up, just follow the steps and you are on your way to another level to connect with your customers.

I give it a 5 star because I am just starting and it was a bit difficult but after a little bit of kicking my feet around and watching some videos, I think, I have it figured out... Somewhat... Thank you, Facebook, for giving me this opportunity for my startup business

Simple and easy to setup. The app seamlessly integrated with my Shopify store. I would definitely recommend to other e-commerce sellers.

Great. Very user friendly. Many alternatives for usage either on Shopify or Facebook direct advertising.

There is no option for in-store/curbside pick up. I do not ship because of the unique nature of my business. We sell pottery to go, customers pick up at the studio then bring back to have fired in a kiln. I have no need to ship, and I am now unable to sell online through Instagram because of this "upgrade".
