Very simple, very easy tu use. I though it was going to be difficult. But they make it very simple for you tu install Facebook.

It is really difficult to use the app. The goal is good but the path is painful and documentation is weak. I am sure it will get better soon.

It is NOT user friendly. So complicated. I want to checkout on my website now because the Facebook payouts are so complicated to try and match to my bank statements but I can't get the Facebook checkout feature to work with my website now. Ugh.

Good help setting up from Brandon Toews in customer support who was very prompt in showing me how to work around a server side error on your end.

I liked the sync between all the facebook channels in 1 place, it saved too much time, i just synced facebook with shopify in 2 minutes

I use this app to help get more customers to the shop and help me with more brand awareness and hopefully direct more people to the shop

Haven’t really used it learning now. As I begin to Get into the store itself I will better understand.

Before the change all of my products were on Facebook and I was able to Tag on Instagram. Now all of my new products are not available. It has been over 4 days since I added new items.

This was really confusing to set up. Facebook shop? Facebook manager? Facebook app? There are a lot of steps. I am still not certain where my Facebook shop is located. I am sure once the setup is complete, the integrations will be awesome.
