While figuring out some of the discounts has been tricky, the support team at Discount Box has been responsive and able to make quick fixes to solve any issues. A great app addition to the Shopify cart.

It won't allow you to add the same product for Buy X get Y free. So I can't do buy 2 get 3rd free. How stupid!

I have used this app which is very helpful in managing available offers, it is also very easy for customers to choose an offer that is suitable for themselves. If it can be integrated with general Shopify discount or have an affiliate program scheme in this app, it will be very good

The app has really good discount functionality I have tried several apps but no one supports me on my concerns, but these support team guys are really amazing and they resolved my query within the hour.

The feature set looks broad but truing to implement out of the box without CSR support as soon there is a hitch (inability to select collection based products in bulk). Really too bad. I understand maybe you have to wait for support. We will see. Two issues in two hours. No solutions.

good App only can be used for Whole collection only for individual product, that is why 4 Star, I also wish also had more option I still not able to make my mind should I go for paid plan or stick to free plan.
