Doofinder's search works very well to help our customers locate the exact product they need from our catalogue of about 1200 items. Daniel answered my questions and showed me how to use Doofinder to improve search results, add banners, etc. We subscribed at the end of our trial period.

Egor has been an amazing person to work with. He is patient and accommodating for my busy schedule. Doofinder is working very well on our Shopify website and we feel we have a true partner working with them. Egor cares about our success and shares many insights.

I thought I didn't need the app and declined to use it for months, but Nicole helped me set it up with a trial. She is so sweet and was so patient with me, that girl deserves a raise. It's got awesome features but they vary depending on the plan. My favorite part is being able to see what people are searching for, and using the synonyms I can help my customers find what they're looking for or add that item to my site. This might be the best app I have added to my website this year. A game changer for my website conversion rate and great customer experience in finding my products. The customer service is beyond than remarkable (Qasim has been a true pleasure to work with). I recommend this app to anyone struggling with indexing products correctly and feeling like the Shopify search bar is not being used to the fullest extent possible. Doofinder does that. After using it for a while, we noticed images never get indexed. Great for large inventory websites which trigger specific searches! Searches are fast, Support is excellent!
