Customer service is slow and no solution is given still. I didn't need the Bronze Plan anymore so downgraded to Free plan so next month I won't be charged. I still had one whole month of the paid plan left but lost all the features. Support told me they don't have automatic downgrade like other subscription services had. I tried to go back to previous plan since I paid for a month the day before but it wanted to charge me again. I've contacted support for help and they said they'll contact the team and would get back to me with any update. It's been almost 3 weeks with no updates. I emailed multiple times throughout the weeks and got the same response.

This is a great app! We needed to create tiered automatic discounts and it does exactly that. Also, the support team is excellent.

Looked at dozens of discount apps. This app is exactly what we needed. It is absolutely the most comprehensive, Shopify friendly, discount app available. This is also a fantastic company. They provide the best support.

First I have suffering from some problem. But Ninja has chat support to resolving the issues. So thanks Discount Ninja and all members for resolving my problems. Now I can go through paid plans. Thanks a lot.

We used this app to deploy Buy X get Y promotions for multiple brands simultaneously since Shopify default mode doesn't support multiple automatic discounts together. The app UX could be improved I guess. It took us a while to figure out how stuff works. But since the support team was super helpful, they walked me through the functionalities and eventually got me trained.

I tried many discounts apps before this one and this app finally has every feature I need. Sometimes I want to discount certain stuff, but only 1 max. and I want to combine multiple discounts in one cart AND have the ability to still use a coupon code. While this app is harder to use than many others it has the most features and you can customize everything, which is really important for our store. Thanks a lot!!

App is extremely flexible and effective. Bart and Andrea in customer support are excellent. It gets my highest 5-star rating.

Slow response of team through email. All the promotions and offers I created from the start were all removed yesterday without Discount Ninja team informing me. The reports on offer usage are all inaccurate. The tagging of discounted items and adding new items are inconsistent, so manual checking of orders becomes a must. There's also the added work of communicating with the customers regarding the errors. The discounts are also not working properly.

Discount Ninja app has a variety of discounts I am looking for. It is fab! I am not sure how many income it will generate yet since I haven't run the big promotion. However I am sure they provide excellent customer service and they do listen to you!! This is the core value. Fixing the problems you encountered and act very fast. Thank you the top notch service provided by team, especially Bart and Eloy!! I will come back for the product review. Wish me luck!!

This app is intuitive as Shopify apps go, but the shining star of the entire experience was Bart, who went out of his way to help me with an issue on my store. He is a tremendous asset to this app. The pricing discounts are also very deep and varied, it will help you to make better discounts, for sure.

After the migration, a ton of our promotion statistics were gone. Bart went above and beyond to help rectify this issue as it was vital information for our discount program. Without the ROI we would be in the dark when we started our next promotions. This app is an excellent option for adding discount codes to any online store!

We used this app to run multiple automatic discounts at once (a function not available on Shopify). The service and support we received from Bart was fantastic. He and the team went above and beyond to get things running smoothly for us. Highly recommend!

We would still recommend the app to others, but please do improve the customer service so we do not have to resort to complaining to get our voices through to you. :) EDIT (After Bart replied to our review): You have our email address. You can reach out to us directly from there. And stay committed to your promise by replying to us quickly regarding our issue (which you already know about) instead of sending a generic reply on our review and asking us to call you. Further reinforces our point on being hard to reach. Also, what's the point of having us send you an email (YET AGAIN!) and not replying further? Looks like you still don't get it.... and this reply is just for show. --- Don't get me wrong. The app is fantastic. We would have become a loyal customer- BUT we experienced the worst ever customer service which really is a shame for such a good app. We contacted multiple times for a customized plan, but we only got generic, roundabout answers from the support team. There was ONE time that Bart replied to us but when we replied (within a day), we got back to square one waiting for the honorable Bart to reply us (it's been a month and counting since our first email, multiple followups and no solutions received.) You could have just give us a discount code or something to tide this period over while you sort through your issues, and you'd have gotten a happy customer who'd be happy to wait it out. But, no. You chose to offer ZERO solutions, a KING of a CEO that is impossible to reach to, and customer service that just bounces back and forth and wastes everyone's time. Customer service is one of the most important keys to a successful business. I'm afraid at the rate of customer service you're providing (irregardless of the number of cases you're handling), if you don't treat your loyal customers with the care they should receive, then you'll have a lot of negative reviews, high abandonment rate of your app, and many wasted opportunities.

It's really simple, Discount Ninja brings in a lot of revenue. We tried 3 discounting apps before finding DN. It has very comprehensive displays of discount pricing and offers to our online shoppers, and that helps close sales! The support department is very responsive. It is the best app we have for Shopify.

This app has helped resolve a number of issues we were having with discount codes, the support got back to us quickly and sorted out all our issues. I recommend Discount Ninja, and the guys at support will help you in getting it all set up, and will even put in a fix if you need it in the code, great service and sales tool.

Update June 13th: We have been able to increase our ROAS significantly since customers are able to see exclusive discounts. We have also been able to utilize our email marketing beautifully with the best results we have ever had. --We still hope they can make this app faster. June 7th: A God Send App! Abandoned Cart Recovery went from 3% to 14% in 7 days! We've been struggling for two years trying to give exclusive discounts for a limited time directly to customers who came from a specific source or link but we couldn't until this app! We were looking to give our Facebook customers a unique discount so we don't have to keep our store on sale ALL THE TIME! But now we are able to give customers an exclusive discount for a Limited Time (use the timer in the app). We used to have our abandoned cart recovery rate at around 3-4% and it was a struggle to even do email marketing since the products are on sale all year round. Since using this app, we were able to remove discounts from our store directly (made it an actual brand instead of a cheap stake on sale all the time) and give exclusives to Facebook and abandoned cart customers after the discount expired. Giving a discount when the offer has expired is beyond amazing! Now we are planning to take the abandoned cart recovery to 25% at least and we believe we easily can! Plus, email marketing now makes sense! We do believe there could be many ways to make this app load faster and show offer faster so we decrease the bounce rate as well! Discount Ninja! Discount Ninja is AMAZING when you consider the fact that Shopify DOES NOT make it easy to adjust behavior at checkout. They have found a way to offer stackable and highly complex promotions that work all the way through to checkout. Creating a promo code does take a bit of practice but with the new programming updates, it's all much more intuitive. I highly recommend this app!

This app is a lifesaver! If you need discounts to stack, need discounts to not stack, need tiered discounts, need ways to offer discounts to selected groups of people, need ways to bypass Shopify's basic level of discounts... THIS IS THE APP TO HELP YOUR STORE. Easy to use, keeps getting better, great service and assistance from the team!

Using this app to create discount promo's & free shipping offers etc. So far so good, very easy to use building blocks & triggers with good customisation options. Had some issues with one of my campaigns not activating correctly, but was quickly rectified once I contacted the DN support centre. Looking forward to seeing great results over the coming months.

Why is it that, after I uninstall your app, it leaves behind all its code in my theme? And when I try to remove it I get errors all of my shop? I installed the app and then tried to install companion app so that, along with the automatic discount, I could offer a discount at checkout. The app hides the discount field at checkout and a companion app needs to be installed in order to correct that. I attempted to download and install the companion app three or four times. Each time I was redirected to a url that didn't exist. I emailed support and heard back only once. Their email instructed me to use a different email address. I sent three email addresses to that address (the original and two follow-up) and never heard back from them. As a result of this, I lost sales. I had advertised a discount with free shipping and wasn't able to offer the free shipping due to not being able to install the companion app. I am very disappointed with this app and it's developers. Their tech support is terrible, at best. I recommend using another app instead of this one.

I'm still learning how to use the app, however the support is excellent, they are quick and really spend the time to help you by scheduling google meets, so you get live support and not just via email/chat, which I think is very helpful!

Seems like a good interface and some functionality on the free version. However it broke my cart process and meant people couldn't check out.
