Filemonk has been a realizable digital download app for my store. It has an easy to use interface that allows you to seamlessly connect your file to your store and add a cover photo to it. Great product!

Compared to other apps, FileMonk offers a little more storage to start—that's why I switched. Plus, the UI is pretty and clean. Took a little bit of jerry-rigging to get it tailored to my specifications, but it wasn't hair-pulling, and a quick Google search helped troubleshoot any issues. I'll be happy to stay committed to FileMonk for as long as it works.

Works perfectly out of the box & really straight forward to configure. I had a support question about adding DNS records for better email deliverability and they had all the details back to me in a few hours. Couldn't recommend the product more highly.

This has been by far one of the better Apps for my shopify store. most everything about it is easy to navigate the customers receive the product instantly and I don't have to worry about constant babysitting of the App.

I am very happy with this app. I sell a product that I wanted to come with a digital download. With this app, I can attach a pdf file to my product which the customers get access to on the Thank You Page, and also via email. I also sell pdf files as products too. This app is easy to use and you get great customer service too.

I asked for support and received a response not even 5 minutes later. I also really like the option to stay on a free plan if you don't have more than 30 orders a month. This is great for small businesses or someone who's just starting out. Thank you! :)

This is a great app that has met all of my needs for digital downloads! My entire shop are digital downloads, so it's really important that this is seamless for me (I tried the free version from Shopify and it just did not cut it). The best part about this app is Kartik: he is so responsive and so willing to make adjustments to the product to meet specific needs. Thank you, Kartik!

My business is 100% PDF driven. I can honestly say that the process is seamless - so smooth. Once you have uploaded your PDFs you literally never have to do another thing. Great app, highly recommended Edit - 10 months later and still really happily using this app.

Super easy setup and easy customer experience. Files are delivered in and easy way to access and many options to setup to the way I want.

I love this app! It works great. Plus, customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this if you have any digital products you are selling. The free version is even wonderful, but I love the added storage & other perks you get when you get at least the next step up. We are just moving our digital content shop from another platform to Shopify. Since we are a digital-only shop this wouldn't have been possible without Kartiks Filemonk. His support so far has been fast, straight and always practical helping out without hesitation wherever we found limits. The little issues and needs that we have with the App like exporting, sorting and filtering files and products or multi-language will very probably be solved in future updates.
