This app is great! Customer service is good! What I would like to see in the future is the option maybe to let clients download the files from their account and some integration for a custom domain download page. I hope that will come into future!

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.

You have the option to add different files to each variant so it cuts down on time for making multiple listings. Just started adding digital downloads to my website and needed something that was not only efficient, but simple to use. This met those standards. I love the customization that makes it match my brand. To boot, I'm impatient and reached out to customer service to make sure it was sending emails. Sure enough, he responded and the email had already sent. He's only one person, but the customer service was quick and instant. Being someone who also runs a solo operation, I was super appreciative and felt seen. Overall - great product, great support and really looking forward to how this helps me build my site.

If you're looking for a SendOwl alternative for free... this is it! I love how simple this app is. I wish they could add PDF stamping but other than that it's great. I love the customization features that we also get. For a free app, this is a no brainer!
