Cross-Sell is a ROCK SOLID app that delivers exactly as promised, in an intuitive environment that makes the process of adding specific, recommended products a very simple task. With a huge inventory in this particular shop, I've been dreading the prospect of customizing recommended products. While I've only had Cross-Sell installed for less than 24 hours, I already consider this app to be a crucial component in the future of this shop and any future projects I have planned with Shopify. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I feel like a kid who just discovered that he got exactly what he wanted for Christmas!

Great Application that puts you in control of Related Items and does what it should. Support was also great in tuning the images to fit my theme. Great job.

Very happy with Cross Sell. Steve was very friendly and answered my emails swiftly. He set me up and performed my picky customisations. If only all customer service was of this high standard! Using the app is simple (even for a total noob like me) and it looks great in my shop. Sales have boosted right from time of installation. I just wish I had this app from the word go! Get it. Highly recommended.

So far so good, there's a few things that need to be looked into but Steve was extremely helpful in setting up the app on our site and more than accommodating in making the app fit with our theme!

Fantastic app. Steve (app owner) was hugely helpful in ensuring we had a fully integrated cross-sell on our site. The app is proving to be a godsend and I would recommend anyone serious about delivering targeted cross sell products through their site to use this app.

Great app that does exactly what it is supposed to! Great functionality especially if you don't want an algorithm based product recommendation. I guess you could have two reasons for this: 1. you have a small number of products - then this is great as it is awesome value for money app or 2. you have complex products (we sell a couple of thousand Vitamins) and you don't trust the algorithms to recommend sensible products to your customers... This works like a charm for us and integrates nicely and elegantly into our website - no one would notice its an app!!! Great developer and customer service too as we enquired about some custom dev work and he was fair enough to recommend a different easier route!!!! Added a month later: Just wanted to point out how awesome the customer service is - we found a problem with this apps interactions with another app and Steve fixed it overnight for free - although we are probably the only shop using both apps... A belated review for this app which we actually installed at the launch of our shopify gallery back in August 2013!. At that stage the app certainly delivered exactly what we needed it to - present alternative sizes and colours of our bespoke artworks - but it did take hours to for us to set that up for every single product. Steve both solicited and clearly listened to our feedback and has made significant changes to the back end. Adding cross sells to new items takes only a fraction of the time it used. Nice work.

This app is intuitive to use and does the job that is required. The support team were able to customise the look and feel of the images to ensure that they blended with the theme that we are using. Just installed this, and it was super easy. I can't say anything about the Product page cross sell, as I'm not using this function yet, but for the Cart page cross sell, it looks great! Also have to mention that the support on this app is way over par! Thanks a lot for the help. Recommended!

Absolutely love this app! After so many attempts with other apps that just didn't do the job and attempting to cross-sell products on my own with code heavy tutorials this app is just a dream! The interface is easy to work with, it looks great and works even better! Steve is so hands-on and remarkably helpful! He helped me in a matter of hours with the installation when I had a strange error code appear. Then he perfectly matched the look of the promoted items with my website. Seamless! Couldn't be happier!

We installed this app on our store after the other apps just were not always correct on the picking of the products. This app is so polished and the help we had from support was fantastic. This app is one of my all time best apps and it pays for itself with the amount of selling it does. It works fantastic in mobile view and blends in with our theme perfectly. This was easy to install but Steve made it look even better by making it slide just like my other product rows. The support is great and the app is clean easy and does the job you want. The option to be able to pick the cross sells is great Love it !

Brilliant - does exactly what we needed it to do. We sell swimwear and lingerie and wanted to be able to show customers the matching bras and briefs from the product collections. We couldn't operate our store without it! Thanks.

Amazing app! We wanted something to increase our accessory sales and boy did it ever!!! I am not sure I can even do math that high to calculate how much this app increased our sales! :) We highly recommend it and wish we had found it much sooner!

The app is just what we needed for our store. The customer support was very fast and the staff at Cross Sell went out of their way to meet our needs. They went above and beyond our expectations.

This is a fantastic app, and exactly what we were looking for. The developers were quick to respond to support requests and suggested ways to make recommendations look even cleaner on mobile. Highly recommended.

The app does as it says - it allows you to custom pick YOU MAY ALSO LIKE... products for each product in your shop. I didn't like the way that you couldn't custom pick this on Shopify so I gave this app a whirl and it works! The support was excellent as I had difficulty installing the code with my theme - all done within 24 hours. I even wanted a special customisation and this was done as part of the service. All up a good app at a sensible price.

Ok, this is seriously a great app. The price is right, the support is unparalleled, and the app just plain rocks. Exactly what I needed for my store. Thanks, Steve!

Absolutely brilliant App!! Really easy to use and the perfect solution for cross selling on a website. I have thousands of products on my website all unique and its a great way to suggest other options to customers. Steve the developer is so helpful and responds very quickly with any issues which is wonderful. Great piece of mind. Highly recommend it.

This app is wonderful, and at a very reasonable cost, which certainly will pay for itself in no time at all. I had difficulty with the installation, and Steve came through for me, not to mention that his responsiveness to emails is lightning fast (five stars for that alone, particularly, given the time difference from the West Coast in the U.S. to the U.K.). Adding cross-sold items to product pages involves only two steps: (a) searching your product by collection or keyword (the latter after a store is live), and (b) clicking Add for the cross-sells to be associated with the product you want them to appear (be sure to uncheck the Shopify default for "Related Items" in Settings for this app to work). Lastly, Steve said he has new enhancements coming soon, and I cannot wait for those! I appreciated his kindness in working through my brain stalls in such a professional and prompt manner, and cannot wait to see the app's ROI in action.

I cannot recommend this app highly enough!! I am somewhat of a novice to Shopify and had some trouble with installation due to a few idiosyncrasies with my theme. I knew that I wanted the functionality of this app, but I did not know if I wanted to spend the time during the initial development of my site to get this particular function working. As a result I uninstalled the app. Steve then contacted me to see if there was anything he could do to help. He was incredibly responsive, and he spent time working late at night to help me install the app within my theme and get it functioning perfectly the very same day I first spoke with him. The rest of the app is extremely easy to use and intuitive. I will now be using this app on multiple websites that I administer!
