so far so good, the app works great and they even helped me w/ some coding issues that i was having during install. i love the search word sydonyms and ability to promote certain products on keyword searchs

I literally installed many filter apps and ended up keeping only this one. I had a couple of customization requests for my website and emailed Cloud Search support team for them. Nikita was able to reply within 24 hours with solutions and solve all my issues! We had a couple of rounds of these customizations and I couldn't be happier with the results. Nikita is very knowledgable and responsive. I rarely have good customer support with these apps, this definitely tops my experience! Highly recommend.

Very good value for money. A bit weak on the merchandising and statistics side. If they improve this part of the app and introduce some AI driven features without putting the price into space, they would be the number one search app for Shopify stores.

The app functions great and the support and very helpful, there are many features and compared to other apps this one is very affordable, I'm very happy !!

I use Cloud Search on two stores and it works great on both. We have seen increased revenue from these searches as compared to the native Shopify search. Plus, their customer support is top notch!

This app is so amazing. I had been looking for something like this to install, especially with the collection filters without messing up my theme. I didn't know how to install some things and the customer support was amazing and helped me out tremendously very quickly. I love the simplicity and how well it integrates with my store. This app saved me a lot of headaches from previous apps. Looks amazing with my store, great app.

They are always so fast to respond and have helped with so many edits to make this app feel like it was built for my store. I tried every other filter app in the shopify app store ( literally every single one ) and kept coming back to this one as all the others caused major issues. Great app! The suggestive search and many filter options are a huge boost for our business. With close to 50,000 skus, many search apps could not handle our store size, but this app has been the answer. This app does exactly what I needed it to do. My total number of products exceeded 5000 which means the shopify search and discovery filters stopped working because they're limited to collections of 5000 or less. This app fixes that and can handle any collection size. Additionally the support team promptly added my metafield filters for me so my product filtering is working perfectly now. Great app. Great support. Highly recommend!
