This is a great eBay app with great support. While it can be a bit complicated to first understand and use, once you get the hang of it it's very powerful. And again, the support that they offer is top notch. The team are always available in the live chat and are able to guide you through any issues. Highly recommended!

The app was a little tricky for someone like me with little technical knowledge, but the video tutorials and live chat were great for getting my products listed.

Once setup, this app makes integrating your products between shopify and ebay much easier. It saves so much times to have one place to change your products as needed. The support is also top notch, quick to answer and helps teach you how to use the app or will just set it up for you. I chose the teaching method so I will know how to do it myself in the future. The app is a little complicated, but the services make up for it. Their help is fast and efficient; they provide friendly and patient treatment, clarifying doubts and providing additional (important) information.

5 Stars for Tech Support. Tech support has been amazing. Richu was especially helpful, having all the answers at the ready and even fixing a few of the problems for me. While I am still learning the ins and outs of this app, I will reserve judgement for the time being. Nonetheless, while the learning curve seems to be steep, it does seem to do what it claims.

App works well, just a little annoying to config between shopify and ebay. Highly recommend using the live chat support as they helped very quickly and we are on the go now.

I was able to get help right away and all my issues resolved very quickly. Highly recommend and will use this service again in a heartbeat.

I just started using this app to integrate my shopify with ebay. Rishu was very helpful. The process was easy and he was great to work with.

as a complete novice to shopify and POD i did struggle with ebay integration, however, via the live chat feature , the customer support service had it sorted in no time and i had all my products listed on ebay within minutes! i would recommend using the live chat feature if you are struggling.... so far so good, i like it
