I've recently started using CedCommerce and ran into a few issues, the team were were available within a few minutes and fixed up the problem straight away, as well as walking me through the process. I'm really enjoying the app as the help is always on hand if and when I need it.

Only works with products that have SKUs. If you make and sell your own products this app won’t work. I wasn’t able to verify that it does anything because of that limitation.

When i started to use the app, i got stuck on few things. Then i reached out for the help and the response was really quick. The team member are always ready to help. I had some issues in understanding the ebay integration. However, Neha made me understand the process very patiently and made me learn new things as well. Thank you for the wonderful support.

Most of the time, this just runs in the background, and we never need to think about it, perfect. If ever I need assistance, there is always someone on the other end of the live chat, and they always resolve my issues quickly.

excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.

Among all the other app for eBay integration we found this app a better option. It takes time to understand how it works. There are some do’s and don’t but overall it is doing what we wanted it to do. It is a good app. Excellent customer service.

It's a great app. However, it's not user friendly for first time users. But, the chat support is always available and they are doing a great job assisting us on how to navigate the app. Great job!

Very happy with my experience with Rishu. He was very helpful, hopped on a call with me and walked me through questions I had. Also, the app is very helpful in transporting my Shopify listings onto eBay. Would recommend!

Such a great platform for shopify users, in which it makes using multiple platforms through Shopify seamless and automated. Customer service is top tier and they are there whenever you have a problem. Couldn't recommend them enough especially for the great value for money and unmatched help from customer service team. They are knowledgeable, and can offer highly valuable assistance for any question you may have.

this app is incredibly complicated for no reason. The profile creation process is ridiculous and doesn't function with any amount of ease.
