I am very happy with this app. Above all, when I installed B2B/WHOLESALE SOLUTION, the application was not fully compatible with my Shopify theme and Emma and Minh Dang were able to do a serious and fast job so that everything could work! I had an issue with the quantity amount break function not updating in the cart and despite it being the weekend the team still fixed the issue. Really very satisfied with this application and the team. Thanks so much for your services, Love BSS team

After a lot of research landed on this app to offer B2B sales on shopify. So far great experience, there is quite a bit of installation to be done but when it doesn't go right, support team steps up and solves every issue very quickly, very thankful to Emma for her help!

Great service!! We had some code compatibility issues. As a technical guy, Nguyen Minh Dang sorted and fixed each and every issue efficiently & quickly. Then the Support agent Jonas is quite cool and very patience in answering my questions. Thank you, team!!

Great app functionality and exceptionally good customer service! We have very complex scenarios in our shop, involving selling to b2c and b2b customers in several countries and with different VAT rates and the BSS Commerce team did a great job in customizing the app to our needs. Especially Emma from customer support and Minh Dang the technician, who was working on our requirements very hard need to be mentioned. Without those two, we could not have realized our store the way we planned, so I cannot thank them enough for their commitment and clear communication for setting everything up in the way we needed it. This was very important, as we had our own customization in place, which needed to function properly with the app of BBS Commerce. The development team of BSS Commerce was able to integrate our own customization perfectly into the logics of their app, so we could get our desired results. During my time in e-commerce, I have worked with a lot of service providers, national and international, and I have to say, the BSS Commerce team stands out from all of them due their dedication and professional attitude and their flexibility! Even when I had a request during the Chinese New Year holiday, I was answered quickly and my request was resolved, even in this special time. Normally it is extremely unlikely to get feedback during this important national holiday, but the BSS Commerce team was there for us anyway. Our company is very grateful to have found the BSS Commerce team and their app! If I could give this app 10 stars, I would! Full recommendation for anyone looking to implement b2b & b2c scenarios in their Shopify store, as mentioned above, we could not have realized our ideas for the shop without BBS Commerce and their great app!

We are using the application since two month and we are very satisfied with it. The application is very intuitive, offering us all the options we need for our B to B activity . The team ,Hoa Duong, Minh Dang, Tuli and Jonas, is very reactiv and always available to help us . We had lots of issue and asked them a lots of question . I use this app to set up pricing profiles as well as discounts for specific products by customer. I also use this app to require registration and collect necessary account information up front. The support from the Emma and the development team is fast and they were easy to work with.

I installed the app and set up the rules immediately, which more fairly easy to understand, but still had an issue with the custom pricing on the collection page. Luckily Emma and her technician Minh Tri were super quick and fixed me the issue and even game me a walk through in a video call. I am exited to start using it.
