Great onboarding experience. Kay helped me understand some best practices for our theme and was very communicative throughout the process. Great support goes a long way. We’re excited to add this app to our stack!

New to the app, and ran into some issues with setup. The Live Chat support was great in helping me to get things working and sending pictures and links as needed with the steps. but, Unfortunately, I spoke too soon when I gave this 5 stars. Although the support team works hard, the app itself doesn't support multi-currency, which is somewhat useless to increase sales with B2B. Statistically more people shop when they can see things in their local currency, and not supporting this crucial feature makes the app practically obsolete. This is unfortunate because the ease of use otherwise is great, and sets up wonderfully. If it could only support our largest international customer base.

Customer service was top-notch! They promptly fixed a sync issue after I reached out to them. Totally recommend!

The App works very fine and does what it should do reliably. It would be a real improvement if the discounts could be sorted and manually deselected from some functions. Example: If I have several discounts, but only want to enter "Custom prices" for a few of them, all the discounts are displayed and I have to constantly scroll from right to left.

The app does not work with Shopify Bundles, which is a bummer since we intended to have bundles available for wholesale customers to purchase. However, the app's support team responds extremely quickly and has been very helpful to us so far! The app does everything else we need it to do - automatic discounts to specific collections for customers with a specific tag and hides products/collections from view for retail customers.

My recent experience with the B2B Wholesale Club app has been spent troubleshooting a small bug with their support team. Kay gave me quick and pleasant responses and was able to determine our issue and implement a solution within just a couple of email exchanges. We've been using the B2B Wholesale Club app for multiple years now and it is a great way to manage multiple levels of pricing for multiple customer types and product groups. It's what I would call 'Advanced Pricing'. We actually had an issue where our customers were experiencing a failed page, but it was due to a change Shopify made. The support team at Orbit found the issue and implemented a fix quickly. Therefore, it's a great product with awesome support.

Tech support is awesome and has assisted us to solve problems our web site builder could not. This app works well for us as a primarily wholesale business.

Great functionality! No changes required to the theme's liquid code. The app offers a couple features that even the other companies don't have. It works great and support is amazing. I had an issue related to my theme, not the app, and they were able to fix it quickly and even retain some features in the theme I wanted! Highly recommend!

Mind blowing customer support! The team helped us solve a number of issues even though they not were caused by the app it self. Highly recommended supplier of apps :) Orbit is a safe and sound supplier of apps, and really commits to make sure their customers get all the help they need.

Our company has been using this application for almost 5 years with very little hiccups. On the rare occasion that we notice an issue, the team @ Orbit get back to us with either a fix or at minimum communication to move forward. The only real problem that we have with the app is for our Canadian customers receiving wholesale without having to go through a few hoops to keep the pricing at checkout. This started when Shopify launched markets. It's not a deal breaker as our sales into that country are small and we work with the dealers on a need to basis.

This app is great for automatically discounting for your wholesale customers! Customer service is great across both apps we are using in our store.

I haven't even installed the app yet and the Support team has been incredible in helping us test the app correctly to make sure it offers the features that we need. Jack with the support team has been so patient with all our questions and requests.

The customer service is excellent. Paige has helped us numerous times with coding a few tricky spots in our theme. The app works extremely well and there are no issues. The developers are constantly improving the app to make it a better experience for the end user. We had a problem that was tracked down to an issue with this app and it was resolved very quickly. The support person responded to our first email very quickly – within only a few hours. This app has a lot to offer when trying to have different pricing based on who is logged in. Easy installation, and quick response if a tweak is needed for your particular theme. I recently moved from an old theme to a new 2.0 theme. This app worked pretty well but it had issues after implementation. Kay sourced the problem quickly and the reliability of pricing for each custom user was very good. Kay went out of her way to assist in some final tweaks with this new theme and explored why certain formatting was not as clean as I wanted. After work by Kay and team, it was shown to be a problem with one of my legacy apps, not WC. Stellar customer service!
