The app has all function which I wanted. But the best part of this app is super friendly customer service!

Setting up a wholesale arm as well as an internal system in it's entirety for a small business was a pretty daunting task for me. This app was the needle in the haystack. For what you pay, you get amazing and quick support. It does what it's supposed to at a fraction of the cost of other options. They keep up with Shopify updates. Could not give them enough praise.

Kay was amazing . I’m not so tech savy. So she took care of everything , even sent videos of my own shop to help me to understand. Customer support deserves a special mention. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear that the developers value their users and are committed to providing a top-notch experience. Overall, the Wholesale Hub app is an indispensable tool for anyone involved in the wholesale business. It simplifies purchasing, improves efficiency, and offers tremendous value. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This app has and is very useful for our store because it opens up functions that Shopify doesn't offer naturally. We have been using this app for over a year, and every time we run into issues or have questions, they have always helped us out. With chat integrated into their app, the response time is quick and professional. I recently got help from Kay about their product visibility feature, and I can't wait to get started and explore how we can best utilize this additional feature.

This app is very useful for stores that need wholesale accounts on their site but cannot use or upgrade to Shopify Plus. They are quick to respond using their chat directly integrated to the app. Alex was quite helpful and ensure to help you resolve any issue to the best of their ability.

Wholesale Club has been very good and straight forward for setting up and streamlining out B2B. There are a few more custom discount features that we'd like to be able to use but we communicated this to the Orbit team and they seemed to seriously consider them for future addition. The customer service has been great! Very fast to respond and sort out any bugs.

Wholesale Club is easy to use and they have a great customer support team.

This is the best B2B app because of the flexibility and complete integration into your Shopify store - no separate sign in is needed. Their customer support is top notch and incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Very helpful customer support. they answered all my questions and helped me understand how to solve the problems I was dealing with. they offer many solutions and help me to understand what they are doing to fix things rather than simply fixing them.

Works well and support is responsive as needed. WIth 3 years experience is=t has certainly served its purpose with ease.

Amazing staff support, had a technical issue and they were so thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. Great app, super helpful for our store.

I've had a really great experience working with the customer service and developers of this app. I encountered an error in one instance of my usage of the app and reached out to their team. Over the course of a few days, with daily communication, they diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. I'd like to personally thank my contact Rob for the great communication. I use this app in combination with another app, to allow pricing overrides that can be applied to individual accounts; much similar to pricing tiers but with a larger bandwidth of flexibility.

After uninstalling the Wholesale Club app it took Orbit four attempts at removing their left over code, each time leaving error after error until our variant selectors stopped working. We gave Orbit every opportunity to fix the issue but even after our theme developer confirmed Wholesale Club was at fault they ultimately denied it. Not only did we have to reinstall our theme and start again, it cost us many hours over the past three months conversing with support and trying to figure out our own solution. *Re: response. Emily, i'll happily send you the email correspondence with your support saying " we have successfully removed and uninstalled all code from your theme" (for the second time) and meanwhile ALL of our prices had turned to $0 with a liquid error message below. Your support then had another attempt at it which created the variant error. I can also forward you the correspondence with the theme developer if you'd like further confirmation. The biggest issue with Orbit aside from the incompetence is the dishonesty. Have some respect for your customers and admit when your wrong.
