I use this app to help me organize and manage my business. I really love the helpful videos, information and customer support. The agents are very helpful one in particular her name is Eva and she was very helpful when I needed help pertaining to an issue that came up. Overall this app is awesome and deserves all five stars ;)

I am new to this app. I heard a lot of good things about this app and am eager to use it in hopes of making more sales and my personal life a little easier. I signed up with autods for the first time and was worried about the $2000 approved limit as I wasn't clear about it ,immediately connected with the chat support and the agent Readel was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently , good cust service ,keep up the good work team :)

really great app first I have decided to uninstall but after customer service help me to understand how to use this app and the benefits I decided to stay after the shop master stop working I recommend AutoDS is best solution to import product from amazon and ebay with auto price and inventory option.

I have had many issues with this app, but live chatting with support was very efficient. Jay-Ann was super helpful, friendly and patient when it came to showing me how to work around all of the errors I was encountering. I am excited for the new updates and truly believe in this system as it pulls in every bit of information needed. The suppliers list is impressive as well. The app and the idea is perfect, it is a great help for building up a store. However the user interface could be more user friendly. Time to time saving items doesn't work perfectly, also could use more supplier sources. The helpdesk is always available and helpful.

I initially signed up for an eBay drop shipping plan and then my eBay seller account was permanently suspended because I started uploading products right away. The thing is that I didn’t pay attention to the term and policy of eBay about dropshipping. Anyway, long story short, I contacted autoDs for a refund and Krissy helped me get a credit so that I could sign up on the shopify plan. So far everything looks good.

Shalauddin was extremely helpful with my questions today! I am just starting to use Auto Ds and he explainded everything I needed with great detail. Much appreciated!

Support is quick and responsive. Jamaica (yes like the country) is knowledgeable and she gives solutions to any problems that may arise. I'm quite pleased with the level of support and instructions needed to get up and running with the software.

I used this app to load products from a multitude of suppliers to shopify. i am now doing the same for my ebay store. I love the all the automation. I hope to see future software that can assist with facebook shop. It would take far longer to do many of the tasks involved manually. Shalauddin was extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable.

Der Support ist auch sehr schnell und hilfsbereit, sollten Fragen oder Probleme in der Bedienung entstehen, besten Dank hiermit an Amit vom AutoDS Customer Service. Ich würde mich natürlich noch mehr freuen, wenn in Zukunft noch mehr .de Lieferanten dazu kommen würden und die großen Verkaufsplattformen wie ebay.de, amazon.de auch in dem Service Fulfilled by AutoDS abgewickelt werden könnte, das würde die Arbeit noch mehr versüßen und erleichtern. Macht weiter so, coole APP.

UPDATE* This app so far is ok. Seem to have a few glitches along the way. 1) Out of Stock when it's not on the store's side or it may be "Low in Stock" 2) Currently having importing issues 3) Not happy with the fact I have to manually order the customers products. They say All stores are "fulfilled by AutoDS". But not having success on that. 4) Chat - At first they were very helpful and available but as of the past month, they might be available to chat once or twice a week. A trouble ticket takes days to be answered. And they don't really answer the problem. UPDATE - 10/2/21 1) Out of Stock issue has been mostly resolved. a) No personalized Items allowed. -most of my items were personalized. Seems like Im having most of my problems with Etsy. So far Amazon has been doing fine. 2) No importing issues since then. But it could contribute to importing personalized items or items with MANY Variants. Dor has been a great help. He's been checking with my trouble tickets. Customer Service has been good.

Its a great platform and they actually have very good support like Shalauddin which replied fast & took care of my issues. Highly recommended! What I like the most is that its pretty user friendly as well.
