Eva was a great help when i had an issue with uploading a product. The team in Auto DS are quick in response and try their best to give solutions for any problem . Easy to use app , i just wish they add Amazon UAE to their list of suppliers

It's good for those who want to do business only in the US. Tonnes of options to chose suppliers for Dropshipping. Good materials and support group for new comers.

Powerful app overall as it provides automation for FB shops. It's definitely worth the price as it can fulfill orders, track products, and upload tracking. That's a pretty sweet deal. The customer service is great overall. I have worked with over 3 different people and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish they were available 24/7 but they always responded within 24 hrs. There were several glitches with the product upload process and the CEO reached out to me and heard my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised about this and also talked to Yagel as well. They were very undestanding. The glitches were fixed in a timely manner. I have used a lot of Shopify apps and have never had this happen before. So that meant a lot.

This app has been the easiest dropship app by far! The customer service is amazing too! Very quick response times! And I accidently clicked out of the chat box and my agent, Rizza Jean, found me again! I was excited not having to go over my problem again since she found me. Not to mention the amount of places to choose to drop ship from is so much better than many other drop ship apps.

This app bypasses any issues with ordering from Amazon. Great for scaling up and giving you your time back. Best software out there currently for FB shops.

I am using this app because it is easy to use and also because of the fulfillment by AUTODS function. i will not have to use my buyer account to fulfill orders and that is a plus for me. I also get quick responses when i have issues and it is resolved quickly. Jamaica is one of their experts and she was able to assist me with an issue in less than no time. I will always recommend AUTODS for beginners and anyone dropshipping. An all inclusive service at a reasonable price with great customer service

I just started using AutoDS, i like how they have support to help me. I am hoping that this will solve my problem with my shopify stores.

It was an easy drag and drop system. Still figuring out more about this app. Kristine was a very helpful customer support.

I used the app to work with multiple suppliers.EVA is one of the support chat team and is wonderful.

Jamaica helped me to solve some of my problems I was having with placing orders and what might be going wrong. She was very professional, kind, and interested. I hope I can work with her again if I have any problems in the future!

I used this app to automate the dropshipping for my 3 online spaces and it will save me huge amounts of time by automating the fulfilment, my weakest area and find the hottest, trending items on Amazon. I'm excited to see how it helps me to progress to the next level. I love that it provides multiple well-known dropshipping companies but wish I could supply a couple of my favourites not there presently

Didnt like the No curreny conversion for people all over the world I did enjoy the easy importing Julius was great in customer service

The pricing is very misleading dont fall into the trap and risk your business......With me having about 350 products in my store with different variants this is not so affordable for me as it would have cost me $7500 a month for this.. oh and dont dare leave a bad review they will harass you so bad i have been getting whats app messages constantly from the owner Lior asking me to remove my review on top of that when i told him no he went to my facebook business page and left a bad review and he has never purchased anything from my company as my company is fairly new. Very bad business.

Honestly this has made my business run so much smoother. I had some learning curve at the start as you get used to a certain way of operating. But the more I utilize the system it really is a time saver. Like that I can do everything I need to from one location and support has been very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Two Week Update: I have been using the system now for a couple weeks and unfortunately I'm starting to have real doubts in the app. It does offer a lot of features that are helpful but the promises and featured advantages of AutoDS is just untrue. For example they state they will convert all TBA Tracking into bluecare express my experience has been that this only happens 3 out of 10 orders the rest will never be converted. I did contact customer service and everytime they just state they are unable to fix it. Which I know is incorrect as I have a trackerbot account and I'm able to manual convert all my TBA regardless of delivery status etc. Prior to AutoDS I had a perfect delivery rating with all converted, since converting to AutoDS I have multiple late deliveries and many showing TBA tracking which has increased my returns asked for as well as gotten the attention of my selling platform who is asking why I'm not providing valid tracking. Do not offer a service and promote it as it will help you reach top seller status if it really just never works. Hopefully these issues will be fixed and I will update my review in another couple weeks.

It's a Great app which gives me the freedom to add and source products automatically, even sometimes I got issue support was there to do their best to solve the issue especially Angelica from the support she is soo helpful with all your issues, I recommend this APP

Amazing Support Team and Mentorship is a must to maneuver your way to start. Overall great app overall
