I normally do not write reviews, however the Customer Support for this APP is untouched! It can be daunting to implement systems into your Shop without a knowledge of HTML Coding. Appstle may not have the easiest to understand instructions, but their customer support is FAST, Responsive, & knowledgeable! Every issue I have come across has been solved in no time. Thanks Appstle for allowing me to accomplish my business ventures!

The support people have been WONDERFUL! I'm not super tech savvy with websites, so I stumbled a little with a few spots, but when I messaged them for help, I got responses right away and they handled any spots I was stuck on quickly. I highly recommend!!

Meghal was so helpful in solving my problems with getting my memberships to show up on my storefront! I have been stumped for days trying to figure it out on my own. Today I finally gave in and clicked that "talk to us" button next to my store link. Like I told Meghal, sometimes it takes 2 brains. The App is answering our needs, but mostly their support team is incredible. Mann went above and beyond to help me set up Memberships in our store but most importantly I was very impressed by the time to respond. Please disregard the "time spent using app", I uploaded the app to our dev store to test it first and it's been 2 weeks. Great job everyone!

I had a few technical issues that were all user error and the customer service team walked me through step by step on how to fix it. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend!

This is an update on my initial review. Before signing up with Appstle, I was using another membership app that lacked a feature that my customers requested. Appstle offered that feature so I switched apps. That was back on August 1st, 2022. It is now the end of November. At first I thought everything was fine, but I was very mistaken. There was one issue after the other. I would always contact their customer service via Chat and they would respond in a timely manner, but wouldn't completely fix the problems. Issues continued on and on for 3 months with no satisfactory resolutions. Customers were being double billed (even after they cancelled their membership!), they were being billed the wrong amounts, the wrong billing intervals, non-members were continually able to access products that were supposed to be restricted and only accessible to paid members, customer tags weren't being removed once a customer cancelled their membership so they were able to continue accessing restricted collections/products even after they no longer paid for the membership, and the list goes on. Another downside to using this app was that I had to force a connection with Stripe as my payment gateway. In the US (my location) Shopify doesn't support Stripe payments and therefore my payment gateway options were limited. No shop pay, shop installments, Shopify capitol offers, etc. I gave them 3 months to fix everything. They were always responsive and professional, but completely failed to fix anything. As a result, my business sales tanked. Members were cancelling and frustrated with the continued, unresolved billing issues. My business's reputation as being one of the top, go-to stores in my niche was at serious risk. This app almost cost me my entire business, which I've worked so hard to build. Let my disastrous experience serve as a warning to others.

They have been so helpful in setting up our store's memberships. We launch tomorrow, and my anxiety about the process is pretty much gone thanks to their real-time chat that guided me through the finer details I was missing while reading the support documents. So far, some of the best customer service I've come across in my 8 years of Shopify-ing.

The customer service is amazing and the app works great!! I don't write reviews often but when I do it must mean something. The customer service is incredible and I have gone to them a few times to sort out a few issues with my store and the app. Each time they wrote back in 2 mins or less!! They helped me with my problems and even went above and beyond. Momna was especially helpful! She configured my theme customizations to the app to my liking, even though they allow you to do this with CSS (which I know very little about). For a normal app they would have just said that I could use CSS to customize it but the customer service team goes above and beyond!

Great App, even greater Service! Need any help, maximum 3 mins until someone is there for you. They know what they're doing. Prices also more than fair, by far the best app for memberships or subscriptions possible!!

I tried a more well-known competitor (Bold Commerce) before ending up here and the level of care is night and day. Appstle allows me to operate quite a complex website structure with a simple and user-friendly interface. They've spent HOURS ensuring their app integrates well with other apps that I use on my page and I couldn't be more grateful. Absolutely, it's been worth every penny.
