The app is really powerful and actually quite simple, although you do need some technical knowledge for parts of it. That's where the customer service team come in! I was struggling to do something and they fixed it really quickly, gave me guidance and some amazing troubleshooting support too! Amazing support, lovely people.

I am working on creating a membership option and this app has really blown me away with their options and how seamlessly it integrates into my store. Nandita helped me with a member portal issue in under 10 minutes. Which is always amazing! Looking forward to continuing on in my membership journey with them.

I've just recently added the app to my store and my first interaction with customer service was amazing. I chatted with Mitanshu and they walked me through every step to integrate the app with my theme as it was not available at first. It was seamless and the cherry on top was that they customized the widget to my theme for me as well. This entire process took about 10 minutes so that was pretty cool too. If the service is this good, then I'm sure the product will be as well and if I do have any issues, then I know I'll be in good hands getting help. Great service is an incentive for me to stay with a company!

Best app for selling memberships and providing gated content. Support team is very responsive. They were able to customise the app even further to fit my needs. Recommended!

Nandita was very helpful. I am new to Shopify, but she literally set up everything for me! Very friendly and knowledgeable, plus they always reply within 3 minutes (literally 24/7. I spoke to them late evening on a Sunday) 10/10 would recommend :)

Highly recommend this App for anyone looking to add Memberships to their store. Not only do the memberships work well but the support from the staff has been excellent. They have helped me multiple times setting things up, fixing issues I had and provided excellent responses on a very personal level for my store.

I am tech challenged, which is always taxing when I transition from one program to another. However, the Appstle Team took the time to explain things in detail to me, even to the point, to create videos and jump on a call so that I could create the best experience for my customer and enhance my overall store experience. I got excellent service from Hasnain. He was very diligent and patient with me. The issues were on my end... the way I configured Shopify. He asked the right questions and did most of the work on his end. Easy!

I am a newbie to Shopify, particularly the apps, but I know what I want things to look like and how I desire that they function. Had a little hiccup, with my receipts getting the appropriate Member Management access. KEHANVI, keep me moving, and saved the day, Let alone my patience. She was quick to respond, and had my site back up and running in just a few minutes. She even gave me insights as to where I may have messed something up, so I dont do it again. I needed something simple that was not crazy hard or insanely expensive. Appstle did just that. I needed help with 1 code and they were right on it for me through their chat. So far this app has been everything I wanted it to be. The support team has been great and has been quick to respond and help resolve all of the issues I've had so far. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my store is not yet live so I don't yet know how this will handle the masses. I've only done testing and it's worked great so I am hopeful it continues to impress. I'll update the review once we see what happens.
