Works great and does a nice job. We use the free plan which does run out of total site visits for us pretty quickly but the $10 upgrade per month seems high. We would be interested in a "one-time" amount for an upgrade but we don't like monthly recurring costs.

The app is easy to use and has a tonne of free features which are great, plus some paid features for more advanced stores.

Looks good and seems to work so far, I like the customisation and ease with which it incorporated into my site.

I've only used the header bars so far but it works great and simple to use. Great tools for the price.

This app is great if you only need a basic tool or if you have experience with web development but not great anywhere in-between. It has many tools in it's toolbox but they don't seem to be optimized for responsive design. If that is something you want then they provide a place to add custom CSS on all tools and custom HTML on some as well as ways to access the tools via Javascript on your site.

I use the Welcome Header Bar to announce all my Events and Sales! It is SUPER easy to use, gives several different varieties, and is always dependable. I highly recommend this to anyone with a Shopify site!

The Welcome Header Bar is a very good addition to my website. The ability to preview, adjust, then readjust as needed was very easy. For someone like me who was new to websites, I was very pleased with this app. Their other add-ons like the ability to have quick popups were very easy to understand as well. If you are looking for a great thing to use, then definitely use this app, it is a great help!

Works well with lots of good functions. My only complaint is that it doesn't load at the same time as the page so there is a drop in the page after a couple of seconds.

Easy to use, looks alright and the developer support is really great. I only wish there were a few more styles of banner to choose from, and the free ones are all super plain. All in all pretty great though.

It does the basics well and if you want a bit more functionality you can upgrade to the paid version though we've never needed to. Nothing to complain about with this app. Solid.

They offer many different types of apps and we can use more than one at a time, which i haven't seen with other companies.

I am using this app in my online store. It works awesome. I am very satisfied with the performance of this app. Online stores are required to use this nice app.

app is ok..color coordination for default setting are sort of cheezy, reminds of websites of yester-year when every site was out to scam, and had millions of pop-ups...didn't seem trusting to me. I still personally don't like being pop-up when I'm at a site, but it does work. I can't complain. I have been using Sumo app..deciding whether where to use your app. It will come in hand on my casino sites...it's perfect for those, or a adult commerce site, toys, lingerie or porn. you have the perfect app for that.

We've only recently installed the free version of this app but it was easy to set up and we were pleased with the level of personalisation available, for a free version. We did have a display conflict with the header of our theme but their support says to let them know of such and they will resolve within 24 hours. So, we let them know and, allowing for the fact that I messaged them over the weekend, they resolved the issue within 24 hours - fantastic! Early days but so far we'd recommend this app and the developers.
