Tried out couple of other options in the market for whatsapp... On the product front, zoko seems user friendly, it solves majority of the problems seamlessly.

Using it for more then a month now had many difficulties at the time of starting and setting everything, but the team for with me all the time Benn was my onboarding manager who helped me in every way possible their dashboard is pretty stable and easy to use I am happy to partner with them for my Whatsapp API, their mobile app still needs a lot of work in many aspects but overall it's a very good experience to me.

Zoko's been a convenient go-to for communication – smooth interface and easy to navigate. However, it's a tad frustrating when certain messages aren't supported. Here's hoping for some updates to iron out these knks.

Awesome product/app - stable app, quick customer support, awesome features. I switched from Interakt, Delightchat, and Wati - some have poor customer support, unstable app, and messages not triggered properly.

Zoko overall API service works well, dashboard is easy to navigate and most importantly, they have a helpful team. I hope to leverage some of their additional services from Flow Hippo to automate some more flows & create better user journey's for our customers.

It gives the administrator full ownership and allows an effective way to delegate administrative duties. Its got very robust training videos on how to use their services. Allows for change of billing package to suit your needs. Most important you can view all agent conversations in real time. Very little time lapses.
