Installed the app, and my rating is 5 on initial impressions. There were a couple of alignment issues, but support was quick to respond & fix that on chat. Works as advertised, and feature set looks good too.

The app works smoothly and is fantastic. The app has great customization options. You can change everything from colour, text, and style to posting. The support team are highly knowledgeable they resolved my issue within 15 mins.

Great customer experience, the team responded to our support tickets within minutes. App is easy to use and gets the job done. Only wish would be for a better UI within the app so that it's easier to track changes and updates to zip code sets.

Great app, and even better customer support! The team was very responsive in helping us customize some of the settings to match our theme including removing the default icons. Its worth noting that the text fields do support html styling so you can customize the look of your messages as desired.

Changed from another provider to Zippy, shortened the process with one click, got the advantage to see lots of usefull information/reports that we could not see before. (Gamechanger). Their support (Ashish) was excellent during the whole installation and setup process, made it very smooth.

Love how the app works. So clean and simple - does the job really well. I wanted to customise the app as per my website's fonts and colours, and the team responded within 5 mins (that too on a weekend night!), and provided all the customisations. Needless to say it's a must have! Great functionality and great support :)

I had installed the app on my website. Latest version of Dawn theme. I just refused to work out of box. No idea why. Support response was prompt but they couldn't give me an idea of why the app wasn't working or timeframe for a fix. But please fix the design of the app admin. Why so many flashy colours and tacky design of the Ux? I won't install this app again till they fix the admin panel design.

Awesome app & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We use Shopify as a platform for our Mobile Car Washing service. We needed a simple way to have our potential customers see if we provide services in their area. Looked at many apps but for zip code validation this app has to be the best - functionality and support. Only thing i'd suggest is for them to ensure load time is reduced. At scale this definitely is a little troublesome. Overall 6 stars!

Useful for mentioning delivery times and COD availability for different sets of pincodes. Overall happy - wanted some customization in appearance and the team was helpful in getting that done.
