We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues.

This app has been perfect for all our needs for personalization on our shopify products! Their customer service helped us with quick and concise help! Highly recommend!

I recommend this app for stores that offer customization/ personalization of products in their store. I didn't give the 5 stars because there is a learning curve with this app that I find isn't user friendly. When asking for help via live chat a response is provided quickly. If you have the time to learn how to use the app it definitely adds value to shop.

I have tried all the top customizers with not much support until I found this one Zepto Product Personaliser. Price is so much cheaper. I particularly love the way the customisation shows up in checkout page like others didn't and also be added to any any variants. Also I asked for support and they came back within minutes and messaged back as quick as I could send them. Al Amin Khan, is so helpful, they didn't have any instructional video that would solve my issue getting started. Al Amin Khan actually made a video on Loom for same day showing exactly what I needed to do. Works perfect. Thanks again for going up and above. Highly recommend, seriously!

I love Zepto and the support team are amazing. I created a second site and asked them to copy all of the personalisations across. They did this perfectly within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app.

This is the only app that I could find that allowed me to create a personalizer tool with multiple product variations. It is easy to use, and customer service is always able to help me if I can't figure something out; they are very fast in their response time. I couldn't offer my products the way I do without Zepto as a part of my Shopify store.

So far they have been a great help. The app is intuitive and easy to work with. Still in testing during the trial period but so far I'm liking it.

Great plugin with extremely quick customer support. The only thing missing would be a bulk-configuration option to rapidly add a personalization option to multiple products, ideally through csv-upload.
