I've been using Zendrop for about a month now. Here's my review: Zendrop truly stands out from other suppliers. Zendrop has outstanding customer service that actually responds & listens to your concerns. They are truly willing to help every customer in order to improve your experience. Zendrop doesn't just offer fulfillment for your Shopify customers, they offer much more... For instance: If you have the plus plan, you are able to join ZDA (Zendrop Academy) where you can ask all your questions and join live coaching calls of professionals. If you want to sell a product which is not in Zendrop's catalog you can get it quoted in less than 48h. Next to that shipping times are really fast. If you like to bundle products together or have a subscription based product you can also do that. And lastly if you want to start a brand, Zendrop will provide custom labeling. These are just a few of the many reasons why I chose for Zendrop. Thank you!

Awesome. Ian even looked into the status of my order without me asking. I should have asked, but I didn't. Ian got to the bottom of the problem and solved it in one go. He even provided a simple way to deal with similar problems in the future. He basically provided a process that any business owner should use, which I will put into my SOP from now on. great app shame about only being able to do 25 orders on the free plan but easy to use and support is really helpful compared to other channel support agents they are a dream any issues they jump right on it Jemima and mariane have been really helpful to me lately props to them both

As a new dropshipper it is very easy app, to find all the needed products at really good prices and fulfillment. Don't forget, everything for 0 money! Exellent support services, answering everything you need at record time!

Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.
