I subscribed to Zendrop's yearly service in January, paying $197, but I've never been able to use it. In June, I hired someone to start using Zendrop for dropshipping, but for months, the app was unable to facilitate dropshipping from Alibaba due to technical difficulties. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, Zendrop's issues persisted, making it impossible for me to use the service I paid for. After months of being unable to utilize the platform, I requested a refund, which Zendrop refused to provide. I cannot justify paying $197 for a service that I was never able to use due to their technical problems. I'm now preparing to take legal action, as I believe it's unacceptable to pay for something and receive nothing in return

I actually bought a trial for $70 and I instantly contacted them and they gave me a refund of all my money, no questions asked immediately

I discovered Zendrop on YouTube, and it really surprised me! Zendrop is perfect for dropshipping, I believe it is the best platform of all, due to its fast delivery and great product quality! I needed support to request a MEASUREMENT CHART for a product, in less than 10 minutes I was answered, within 24 hours I had the table in hand with all the information. Rating 10/10

I had an issue with my accounts free trial having just set up a Zendrop account. I reached out to support and Shiza sorted it out for me promptly, smooth sailing from here!

I am 100% new to drop-shipping and didn't even know that Shopify existed. It has been a slow learning process and have made several mistakes setting up my account in Shopify. But the only thing that is easy for me to understand and handle is Zendrop. And whenever I get stocked, I use the chat box and there is always someone ready to assist me. I love using Zendrop. It has made my drop-shipping journey much easier.

I wish i could do a 10 * i was recently the victim of scam on my store and Zendrop customer care was so freaking awesome. They never stop until everything was back to normal, thank you so much for the great work ethic, empathy and consistence everyone put into the work. Even when i told them to just deactivate and I’ll start over, they didn’t let me. I’m so grateful for everyone, a huge thank you for been so awesome at what y’all do

Ok! So these is probably a little frustrating signing up and linking Shopify to Zendrop. But I was helped my Jemima who was so patience with me and walked me through my login and helping me connect to my Shopify. I really to like this app and the flow of picking the products along this the features. I give this a 5 star review because Jemima assisted me when I had no idea what was going on and was kind during the processes. Thank you again Jemima

If you're looking for an efficient and professional service for order fulfillment, Zendrop is the right choice. Their customer support is outstanding! I just join Zendrop and had an issue to connect my existing shop. I admit that I didn't read it through but relied on AI stuff to connect. That created the issue. I was embarrassed. I fired up a chat and didn't expect that much this late. You know what, Jo was helping promptly and the issue was resolved super quick. Thank you for your support, Jo and Zendrop.

I cancelled on March the 19 of 2024. I was charged for June and July. I was told there was nothing they could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I didn't cancel until August. I went back into my shopify account to get the proof and it has "magically' disappeared. Be careful!
