Would better give them 0. This best describe experience, app is NOT working properly, you would need to check it daily. Is it not SET it and forget it solution.

Customer support is great

Overall the idea of the app is good, but the customer service is bad. However, the app will occasionally charge customer with a wrong shipping rate, way lower than actual shipping rate making our business needing to bear the extra shipping cost. We had talked to the support on this issue multiple times but the issue still remains.

Jessica was so great! Very quick to respond, helpful information, and stayed with me until the problem was resolved :) THANK YOU!

There are many apps that does the same as that one but what I really enjoyed was the support, especially Jeanette for almost today, she was very helpful till we made sure everything is in place. Thanks again.

The Zapiet Rates by Distance app together with their Pickup + Delivery app has allowed our local delivery supply yard to move into the modern times. Love this app. We're a business supplying bulky goods to the local area which each order needing a different quote for delivery. It's completely essential to our operation and couldn't speak more highly of it.

After using other delivery apps, Jessica at Zapiet went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to get us up and running Zapiet, especially when Shopify was unable to help. When our previously app went down, and Shopify was unable to troubleshoot the issues, Jessica spent hours with me walking through every step until the app was working PERFECTLY. I've never had such helpful, caring, and patient customer service ever. Our store depends on this service working correctly and without her help, it would have completely shut us down. It might be confusing sometimes, but the support team is always there to help and whilst ur doing something else they even work on ur website about the issues!

This is an excellent app for charging delivery rates based on distance. I have been really happy with this app as well as the Zapiet Store Pick-up & Delivery app, they have allowed us to offer a lot of options and flexibility to our customers and stay competitive. Their customer service is also excellent, with fast response times and helpful explanations! Jessica helped me recently and was great!
