I had tried other delivery apps in the past but I decided to commit to Zapiet because it seemed to be the most professional option. Now I'm extremely happy to have made that decision. There was a small issue with an email notification that I wasn't getting on my tests, so I contacted Zapiet support and not only did they help me fix the issue, but they also helped with other set-ups that I had done wrong and now my store looks absolutely perfect! Thank you so much Jessica for all your help!

The Zapiet Pickup + Delivery app together with their Rates by Distance app has allowed our local delivery supply yard to move into the modern times. We're the only supply yard in our area to be able to offer local delivery online sales because of Zapiet. I did decide to remove a star because the Pickup + Delivery app did not notify us that it was outdated and needed to be updated which caused potentially lost sales because of a broken google API. When we recognized there was an issue with the module we reached out to live chat support and got exceptional help from Jessica who quickly fixed the issue for us.

I absolutely love this app! It's incredibly helpful for our clients to have a visual representation of our delivery dates, and it comes packed with tons of useful backend features. The team behind the app is extremely helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Zapiet is amazing. The app has been a huge help in overcoming some of the limitations of the core Shopify app. The staff at Zapiet has gone above and beyond in helping us configure this app to work exactly as we need it to!
