We've had some trouble at times but customer support has been really responsive and helpful in fixing things. I talked to Stephane for a while this morning and they were very patient and detailed with instructions to help fix an ordering issue we were running into.

Great support. Being using it for years and is a perfect match for our needs. Highly recommended. Latest fix (thanks Jelizaveta!) down to user error, as is so often the case. And today (Sept 2024) a follow-up few words of further praise (thanks Jeanette!). Brilliant help solving a Shopify update which impacted us. Rapid response and great job. No effort spared to even improve our site, over and above the pre-update functionality. Couldn't recommend more.

Love the app, super easy to use and Krystabel helped me so much with API and dashboard issues, resolved my problem quickly and kept our customers happy :)

I really appreciate the customer service with this app. There were some hiccups in getting the app installed, and the Zapiet team was very responsive and helpful in getting everything working smoothly.

Zapiet is great, and Herman is an amazing person who was able to respond to my needs as well as implement a solution in a matter of minutes. I love working with Zapiet, and encourage the use by any store doing local delivery with Shopify.

We have been using the Store Pickup + Delivery app for a few years now. The app works well on desktop and mobile for delivery and pickup orders with multiple store locations. The Zapiet team is always professional, meticulous, and quick to respond. Big thanks to Sam, Jayne Forde, Chloé Beattie, and Krystabel Djajalie! writing and asking for about an hour simple questions just wanted to know if the app can help me with the issues i have on my store....no support no answers they are active they write things that are not related to waht im asking....im happy i didnt start paying cause there is not support here at all!!
