This app is incredible! It was very easy to install and has integrated well with our site's design. As soon as it sent out emails for our previous orders, we immediately started receiving raving reviews, and more importantly reminded some dissatisfied customers to contact us. This allowed us to woo them with our wonderful customer service! Overall, great app, especially for it being free!

Yotpo was very easy to install and easy to integrate into our website. We could immediately see the benefits of having product reviews through increases in both site traffic and conversions.

Lots of functionality but beware - I installed this yesterday and I did not actively enable the email feature (or so i thought - just opened it to play around with the templates) .... but just now (24 hours later) it has emailed all of my previous buyers with a review request. Trying to get a hold of customer support to see how I can turn this off until I'm ready to launch it.

I love this app, it's just not for every type of business. Because my inventory is constantly changing (hence products are removed thus taking the reviews along with them) it's tough. I'll get a good amount of reviews on a product and then it will go out of stock and they'll disappear. Easy to install though and works great at reassuring customers on their purchases.

Great App - easy to install, great support, worth your time.

Very good so far, easy to set up and seems to do what it says it will do, customers like it and are happy to use it. We also like the well controlled options for pushing to social.

Yotpo is probably the single most important app to add to your site. It does everything as advertised and is very flexible in matching the design of your site. Whats more Lucy and the gang offer exceptional customer service. Thanks Yotpo.

Great interface, more tools than I imagined and the email function is priceless! We were able to grab over 100 reviews in a week in response to the email requests. Love it!

The BEST app in the app store. Installed it and started getting reviews from previous customers within the hour (didn't even realise it was going to send out a review request to all our old customers) and we got 50 reviews in the first day or so. On track to 100 now and then skies the limit I guess! All the features work amazingly and there's some pretty hardcore interesting SEO stuff this thing can do as well like star rankings in the search results etc. Upsells work great, reviews are seamless. Best app ever. And it's free. Unreal! Thanks

Of all the apps in the entire shopify app store, this is by far one of the best I've used. It serves it's purpose wonderfully and integrates very easily with your site. Not to mention, our customers have responded well to our requests for reviews. Great product, and a must have for your e-commerce business.

Simply awesome. Love the customization abilities and easy to use interface. If you are thinking about installing this just go for it. I did it with little experience and it turned out great. Slap that bad boy right near your add to cart button and start converting hesitant buyers with this awesome review app!

This is quite possibly the most important app in the whole of the Shopify App Store. If you can generate reviews you'll generate sales. With YotPo, simply install and configure and YotPo will email your customers asking for a review (you can customise the message) and at the same time, the email will upsell a few of your products (again you can customise this). You'll be quite surprised just how many reviews you'll get and how quickly they'll accumulate. Simply put, your business NEEDS this app!

Great app! ***** It's not often in life or business you get something for nothing, however Yotpo have addressed that statment by offering this app. The app is not only free but it also works really well, with as yet I have had no issues. My customers are incouraged to leave an honest review via an email request that you can design to meet your needs. I like how I can tailor the review section to fit in with my site design and I love the fact I can bounce my reviews onto social media and control the way they are displayed and frequency they are uploaded. I hold high hopes that this review app will increase my business online. Thanks Yotpo

Great App. tested it for a few months now and slowly getting the hang of it. Thumps up for 1. I love the fact that customers can write a review right in the review request email. They do not need to be redirected to do this. 2. Love that reviews can be posted on twitter and facebook. Integrates well with these platforms. 3. Love the reviews tab on the website too and the options to automate or manually post reviews. I gave it 4 stars because I'd like to be able to integrate customer pictures. Can this be done? If so, I'll definitely be giving a 5 star rating! Great App.
