Just had my first experience with Yanet. The chat window was open and the support tech answered quickly. I did not have a wait at all (approx 9pmEST). The tech immediately showed me how to achieve what I wanted. Great first day with Yanet.

Good service, I got my water mark removed in an instant and the staff is really kind too. The interface is also really easy to understand!

The application is very intuitive and easy to use. It is possible to create categories of questions and answers, organise them in a logical way and make them easily accessible for customers. It is also possible to customise the look and feel of the FAQ section to fit in with the design of the site.

Why is the app not working today? No one to even talk to? Someone talk to us, I put in a lot of hard work creating an FAQ Page and today can't access it. The issue has been resolved now. They had a little hiccup. Thanks for resolving it as soon as you can.

This app works really well! If you don't know that code for shopify's original page, or any other. Then use this application is absolutely can, can say very convenient. 1. the page style can choose their own templates, fonts, width, background images and so on (although the template is limited). 2. you can set a lot of categories, and you can also add emoticons to the categories. 3. you can set a lot of questions. 4. the answer can be part of the font changes, you can also add tables, add links. 5. In the finished page, search for the keyword and the questions and answers about this keyword will be shown. Emma from the customer support team was great, and Emma helped me with all the problems I encountered during the setup process. Very good! Highly recommend this app.
