Jason from the Xporter Team was a huge help in setting up the order files exactly how we need them. We have added specific filters to the exports so they export how we need them. We've used Xporter many times and will continue to go to the Eshop team when we need custom order files built.

We love this app. They make it so easy to customize the fields + columns we need in order to send through to our ERP system for fulfillment. This was our first time working with Xporter. Considering our ERP is rather antiquated, we were up and running within a couple of days. I can't praise them enough for their quick replies, expert knowledge, and their ability to onboard painlessly. Our team loved Xporter's dashboard. This app has the quickest response time from the most helpful support team I've ever encountered. The app itself is easy to use and pretty intuitive.

Just looked at my last review, and couldn't have said it better. This time round with Harjeet and Jason - both excellent. Needed to extract data based on individual products' tags. So grateful for the fast and knowledgeable response. And, btw, using Xporter since Dec 2017.
