Code was a bit much for me (though I admit seemed really simple!) and the service was unbelievably quick, was all done for me! Really pleased!

I struggled to get this working with the Dawn Theme but when I reached out for help, Mady was very quick to help me get it working! It's perfect and also very cohesive with my branding which is ideal.

When we installed the app, we weren't able to get it in the cart drawer. However, when we reached out, they helped up with it immediately! It does exactly what we need it to and Mady is very responsive. It looks amazing!

This app does exactly what I have been looking for!! I needed a little assistance, but the response rate was good and took a fraction of the time with the chat button, than it would of if I rambled on alone. It is quite intuitive though. Highly Recommend for small business' but don't be afraid to reach out to them with questions.

I was having an issue with adding the wrapin to both individual products as well as on my cart. After getting some help Mady was able to fix this problem for me. I am very grateful and it looks amazing on my store now :)

Used the App to display a checkbox in both the Product pages and Cart to enable the customer to select a specific gift option. On initial setup, the Wrapin App interfered with another running app causing a duplicated shipping charge to appear at checkout. I also had an issue getting the gift wrap checkbox to display in the cart but I contacted the app owner, Mady and explained the issues and he responded very quickly to resolve them and get the Wrapin App running perfectly. The App provides a number of excellent features which all work extremely well with my store and coupled with excellent service and response from Mady who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - you have one very happy customer.
